**Q: Does it transform?**
A: This is a straight re-issue of the classic G1 Soundwave Transformer, right down to the packaging. Yes, it transforms into a cassette player (and includes a transforming cassette— Buzzsaw, but you have to transform it yourself, of course

**Q: if its like the original G1 toy, does it have the problem with the head not standing up?**
A: No issue like that!  But remember I’m not transforming it very much!  It’s in a display case.

**Q: Are these made by takara/tomy?  same tooling as the original g1?**
A: it does seem identical to my vintage version

**Q: How is this 8 x 8 x 12?**
A: the box measures about 8" x 7" x 2"
