Fits perfectly without having it be too tight or too loose. Stretch is just enough to get it snugly in place Before putting it on my kid's bed I definitely tossed some water on it just to see how it would perform and it rolled right off. Doesn't make any crinkling noises or have a stiff scratchy feel which makes it comfortable and doesn't interrupt sleep I have no doubt that this will wash easy
