Well built and easy to use
The media could not be loaded. I have been using 3D printers for a couple of years now, but still class myself as a novice as I do not know much about the internals and how to alter setups of them. I can alter settings in the slicer programs (my favourite is Cura) to help me get the best results but beyond that I know a limited amount about why different settings give different results.The Geeetech A10M is a cartesian style printer with a square build plate, giving a reasonable print area of around 220mm square. This is not a bad size and is a good compromise of how much desk space to take up and being able to print large enough objects. It has a fairly uncommon setup though with a single hot end that takes two different filaments and can either print as a separate colour or to combine to get different effects, especially the graduated effect.Out of the box, the printer requires a minimal amount of setting up, just screwing the upright to the base, the screen on and the power supply on. The cables are all labelled and easy to fit too. To help first time users, there is a setup sheet too, explaining how to plug everything in and in good English too (a nice surprise for a Chinese company). Once setup, you need to level the base using paper, which is very easy with the good sized thumbscrews. There is a setting in the firmware which is not mentioned in the paperwork, but goes through all 5 points - I went through all 5 twice and quickly got a good level. This all meant that in just over an hour I was printing the sample dog that came on the SD card.The print bed that comes with the printer is a buildtak type material and not the superplate that may be seen on some websites. This is a shame as the superplate is much better, but I have had no issues with prints not sticking with the sticker supplied. It would be good if Geeetech could in future supply the upgraded build plate.There was 1 small issue I had with the printer though - the supplied samples of filament (red and white) are not enough to print the sample completely in a single colour mode. I only just managed to print it in graduated mix mode, but even then I had to swap to single colour mode halfway through (done using the screen itself) as can be seen in the images. I did reprint using some silk silver and black Geeetech filament afterwards just to show the final result how it should come out and the effect is very nice.Overall, the prints out of the box are very good - the only thing for me to remember is that I need to level each time as my other printer is a delta that does not require this. I will be fitting the 3DTouch auto level device and will review that on its page once it is done.

A brilliant upgrade to another Geeetech printer (and a bit more 'grown up'!)
Having built the Geeetech i3 Prusa pro 3D self-assembly printer a couple of months ago and fell in to the hobby of 3D printing, I wanted to upgrade to a better printer (but not spend a fortune). This A10M from Geeetech ticked all the boxes.I was very impressed with the quality of the build compared to the one I built myself. It looks very professional and there's no straggling wires unlike my self-build! It took me around 20 minutes to put it altogether (after realising the the online video missed off connecting the Z Axis motor - or maybe we missed that bit!).The speed to print is very good too compared to my old printer and it does it a lot quieter as well.I really like the way there's the two spool holders mounted on top (see picture) to keep the PLA out of the way and the feeding mechanism is excellent.I'm looking forward to really diving into printing in two colours. For now I've printed out mixed colours but not two toned prints - that's next on the list.I've installed the 3D touch too for autoleveling (I'll review that here as well) but haven't had time to play around too much with the configuration currently. I did have to update the A10M firmware though to get the 3D Touch working (lots of info and videos on the web for that, it's not difficult to do).Finally, the support from the Geeetech Facebook page is excellent. It's very quick to get answers to your questions if you have issues with a print and want to understand why it's not coming out right. If you want a starter 3D Printer and don't want to build one yourself, then this is the printer for you!

All very good - once loaded with good filament
New board attached and everything is up & running fine. Good sturdy unit. Bought SUNLU filament before trying out the machine. That was a good idea, as the filament supplied turned out to be too brittle. It snapped many times trying to feed it in (quite hard to hold the spring levers, I lost feeling in both thumbs for hours afterwards) Once in, I noticed it had broke inside the feeder tubes & didn't appear out of the hot-end on my first attempt to print. Save time, throw it away. At least I learned how to remove & replace the feeder tubes. Absolutely no problems with Sunlu PLA, I printed the demo dog in 2 colours. Took about 3hrs. I recommend this model & customer service was swift & polite & refunded the custom duty I had to pay for a part shipped from Hong Kong, all within a couple of weeks. This is my first 3D printer. I found it easy to construct, with the help of tutorials online. You can also download the full user guide. I advise beginners not to rush in without levelling the bed first.

Amazing Dual Colour Printer A++++++
I run a Photobooth company and make my own props so decided to buy this dual colour Printer for the task.Printer arrived in well packaged box and Instructions. Putting it together was easier than other well known 3D printers as needed to follow a video but with the A10m I didn't. I noticed that this printer has a lot of good quality's as the deisner finished this printer well but the other printer I have from other well known company just could not be bothered or thought not important.Dual colour works well once I got to grips with Cura and think they do need to include a glass bed and if you setup correctly and level bed using paper as I do it will work first off as mine did.Very happy with product and do recommend

Good, solid
The product it's build sold and with quality materials.The print quality it's decent for the price.The only downside it's the instructionsYou have some extra bolts and nuts and it's confusing because it's not listed in the instructions. I managed to assemble it with the help of YouTube videos.Overall a good product

Good print quality.!
Printer is great, good quality prints. It's. Noisier than my old i3 Pro and the only criticism I have is that whoever assembled it put the right hand x axis bracket upside down so the print carriage hit it when a auto levelling. The narrow part is meant to go above not below the x axis.
