Great results
I bought this color specifically several times and also silver, blue and read. They give a lot of live to my paintings. I use it on oil or acrylic painting to give them the glittering effect. Beautiful results.

Awesome shoe paint & yellow gold color (glitter)
I could not find a decent pair of comfortable cheap gold heels without rhinestones so decided to paint a pair since they are not worn often. I tried every gold acrylic & spray paint out there- very poor choices on texture, but no yellowish gold in color either. So happy I thought to look up leather paint & finding this- worked great, & finally a yellow gold to match a dress. It appears durable. Tiny bottle but not even half used. Pics show 2 coats & a few spot touch ups in places, it's semi-clear so it takes some patience in geting it coated- I let it dry a day between coats & a few hour on touch ups. I chose not to paint underside & toe area of course, especially since glitter is a little rough. It's not a perfect paint job, but I don't think anyone's going to look that hard, it will suffice fine. Paying $17 on heels made the risk worth it, I'd buy this product again in a heartbeat for shoe painting!

Painted leather boots - pretty, glittery, durable
Used this paint on a pair of leather boots and it worked perfectly!! I got so many compliments on my custom boots and the gold glitter held up nicely after wearing them through airports, out dancing in bars, and doing a ton of walking!!

"Glitter": In This Case, Is A NIce Metallic-
This paint is good to touch up/ freshen up metallic leather on shoes, purses - that's all I've used it for so far. It's better than another brand I purchased in a jar with a squeeze tip - THIS leather paint did not drip all over when applied like that other brand. It's called "glitter" paint but this is what I would call "metallic"; Desert Gold is a nice soft gold metallic color. I wanted to freshen up a metallic purse- THIS PAINT MADE IT LOOK BETTER - it's not a harsh, glittery gold. It's a soft metallic paint with a hint of sparkle. I'm glad I didn't let the name discourage me; the brand I purchased prior to Springfield Leather Co.'s paint was FOR leather, DESCRIBED as "metallic" but looked and acted like a pre-school/kindergarten project (sprinkle glitter all over paste on construction paper, then get yelled at by anyone who follows the trail of glitter as your eyes tear from the particles that got in them- if you remember THAT mess). THIS BRAND STAYS PUT. That's a plus - I didn't get any glitter in my eyes or permanent stains over my work area. After it dried, I didn't have to keep checking my clothes for glitter particles with THIS brand. Since it worked well on the purse, I touched up a pair of leather boots that have some metallic leather pieces here and there. I don't want to get carried away, but was tempted to paint/design on a leather cuff I wear. This really shouldn't be called "GLITTER Paint" (as the other brand shouldn't be called "metallic"!). ALSO- it's a good size. Not everyone is into arts & crafts- you don't need a whole jar unless you want to get Lost In Space; I DO paint other leather and suggest shaking well for a good consistency - I believe it helps blend the "glitter" to get the slight sparkle in the metallic color instead of "GLITTER for the stage". I don't plan on turning anything totally metallic - but I think this would be the paint- if one were so inclined to do that ....lol

I did not like it and would not recommend it
The jar was so tiny and barely had any glitter paint. However we did try to use it on fabric and unfortunately it just doesn't work the paint is too watery and thin. I did not like it and would not recommend it.

pretty good!
The media could not be loaded. I started with the pearlescent gold leather paint. I knew that I would loose the suede texture (obviously) and that was my goal. The paint coated well but there was some wrinkling to the boots - most likely part of painting over a soft suede. The gold paint was very yellow and dried to a semi matte finish. I was going to mix it with silver to lightening it up but there were just too many unknowns in terms of actual colors so I figured I would make adjustments with the glitter top coats. I wish there was more of a soft, champagne metallic gold. For the glitter finish I did two coats that were gold and silver mixed (2:1 ratio) and then one or two coats more of the gold.It tended to gather glitter in the creases and the concentration of glitter just requires more coats. It's also a very fine glitter. I may go over the whole thing with a flexible adhesive and a larger grain glitter.Overall I'm happy with the result and I like where the color landed. I don't know how they are going to wear yet but I can updated after I've road tested.

Used it to Repair Logo
This stuff can really sparkle. I used it to repair my the Logo on my DisneyLand spirit T that had faded. It turned out amazing better then the original finish. I did multiple passes with a sponge tapping on the paint to get the full coverage I wanted. The pictures show half a bottle’s worth of paint used. It’s not a large bottle but it did a great job. I’m going to go over it with a glossy acrylic finisher and I’m hoping it will look great!

Excellent
Had an old pair of Riedells, decided to refresh them. Used 2 coats of angelus pearlescent 18k gold first. Then 2 coats of glitter. I love them!
