Swanson Hawthorn Berry Supplement, Circulation Support, 250 Capsules

I've been taking this for nearly two years. I started taking it for the irregular heart beats (AFib) I would get on and off. I had read multiple reviews about Hawthorne berry helping this so thought I'd give it a try - it helps me and as long as I'm taking it, I don't have that problem. If I miss a few days or longer sometimes I'll feel my heart skip a beat, and that'll send me right over to grab the bottle and take it. I've paired it with beet root. I really love this stuff, it's a great value with a fantastic health benefit. If you've thought about trying it, give it a shot. I'm in my 60s and I don't take any prescription medications.

Good product, good valiue.

I've been using this since January. Gradually incorporated this to get of HTCZ pills for blood pressure. I was always skeptical of supplements and their value- but my bp is lower than it was on prescriptions, and overall (3x BC survivor w/anemia)- I feel more consistently better in regards to fatigue, stamina, nausea, and inflammation on a daily basis. I have now stopped just about all prescriptions except anti inflam.. Which is next. I am adding Beetroot to my regimen- I will update soon because these reviews has helped tremendously in my health journey. Update: I added Beet Root to my regemin and I must say I have no complaints. It seems I do recognize when I don't take it just as I would when not taking my prescripts for BP. But I am consistent on my regimen because the effects have been positive. My numbers remain low, my activity is higher, stamina seems longer, and I am consistent in good combined bathroom results. This has motivated me to utilize more natural herbs, foods, skin care into my daily life. I can't state how pleased I am with this purchase. Still going strong!! I won't go without this in my body again 😀

I take this instead of blood pressure medicine. It works great and I have no side effects.

my father said it helped relief his chest pressure. although he is using other products too for same issue like niacin. so I don't know if this alone will be helpful by itself.
