Will the casio cdp s-100 fit in this case?

According to the Casio.com website the SC-800 is a "Protective carrying case for Privia PX-S1000, Privia PX-S3000, CDP-S100 and CDP-S350 digital pianos."

Does this have space for the power supply, sustain pedal, and music holder that come with the privia?

This case is amazingly versatile, with plenty of space for a power supply and music holder.

Will it fit casio cdps150

Couldn't say. It fits the 1000 pretty snugly (a good thing) so will not likely fit a piano with larger dimensions than the 1000. The 1000 is 9" deep and 4" tall.

Could this case (empty) be folded in half to carry it in a suitcase? I want to bring one to Mexico.

Yes. It is flexible enough to be folded.
