Good price, came fast. Just wish the heat control had sme indictions on it to tell which way was low and hot

Wow. This works far better than anticipated. It gets hot really fast. What a deal for the price. Quality feels really good in the hand. Can’t say for longevity but first experiences and tests are A+

Works great heats up quickly and even cuts thru cauking that i used to glue foam togetherCouldn’t be happier with this toolJust wish that it included more blades and it take quit a while to get them almost 3 weeks for the blades

I tried to use the other options besides the straight long knife, but it wouldn’t work (the red light would flicker and it wouldn’t heat up. Worked great with the long knife though. Used it for foam carving for an elementary school musical.

I had high hopes for this as I cut a lot of insulation. After a week it got white hot, starting to melt the casing and them just caught on fire. Extremely dangerous. I hope this was the one and only defective one out there as someone could get seriously hurt.

Cuts but gets a little too hot. Good for occasional use but not industrial. We are using it to cut channels into ICF walls for electrical and plumbing. Will get the job done. Had to return/reorder since the first one came missing parts.
