I’ve been using this magnesium supplement for a few weeks now, and the difference has been noticeable in multiple ways. I conducted a lot of research to find the right magnesium product for myself. I read about bioavailability of forms of magnesium and how to choose. I discovered this product after participating in a webinar. The company stood out to me because it seemed that they understood how to choose the appropriate ingredients and cofactors. My self-education has taught me that without the appropriate cofactors in proper doses, vitamins and minerals are not as effective. Jigsaw Health just gets it. They know how to present data in ways that make sense. They understand and can explain why they choose the ingredients they do. These folks are very transparent. I’m really impressed. I’ve been taking this for the past two months. I chose to wait to review the product because it seems that many products start off seeming to make a difference, and then something doesn't quite work out after a while, and they stop working as well. After just a few days of taking this magnesium, I noticed a sensation like my mind was quieter. I had a lot of anxiety beforehand, and once I started taking this, everything just kind of quieted and slowed down. I even noticed that my sense of time changed. It seemed that I had more time throughout my days. Again, I think it’s just the sensation that things slowed down overall. Sorry for TMI here, but it is what it is. I suffer from serious headaches, water retention, and heavy bleeding just before periods to the point where I was stuck in bed. Last month I literally had to remind myself that my period was in progress. I could actually just go on with my day-to-day activities for the first time in 20 years. This is a very nice change. I just have an overall sense of wellbeing now, and it’s really nice. I’m just a lot calmer and at piece. I think I have a lot of hormonal imbalances, and I’m really happy with how I’m feeling after a couple of months of taking this magnesium. I paid full price for this product. No discount or free stuff for me. I just really like it, and I thought I'd share my experience. I first ordered a bottle of 120 tablets, then I ordered a 240. Today I ordered 3 bottles of 240 tablets because the bulk pricing is best. I just wanted to hold off until I saw how this would work for me over time before I spent a bunch of money. I’m comfortable doing so now though. This works for me, and I’m glad my research paid off. I feel a lot better.

I have taken this product regularly for 7 months before writing this review. I’m still on my very first bottle, with about a month worth of pills left. For YEARS I thought I was one of those unlucky people who needed one to two hours to fall asleep at night. I would suffer bouts of insomnia where I wouldn’t fall asleep until 3 or 4 am, only to have to be up a couple hours later. Friends would tease me about my early bed time but I needed to be laying down in the dark for hours if I wanted to be asleep by midnight. Worse, I suffered from leg cramps and leg twitching that was uncomfortable and would keep me awake. I assumed it was my lot in life to just deal with it. When a blood test came back showing my magnesium levels were “a little low”, I decided to supplement and hoped this one was good quality. The first day I took two pills; one in the morning and one before bed. I felt no difference and still took an hour to fall asleep. The next day I took two more, again one in the morning and evening and from then on I only took one pill every day before bed. It was the third night when I fell asleep in 30 minutes that I began to have hope. By the end of the first week, I was falling asleep in 15 minutes every night and the leg cramps were gone. For someone who used to lie awake for hours in the dark every night, waiting for sleep to come, this was a miracle-level experience. Now I fall asleep in ten minutes at night. I take the supplement almost every day before bed but I do sometimes forget maybe once every other week and still fall asleep easily. It seems to have truly balanced my magnesium levels so that I can finally sleep like a normal person. If you have suffered from a lack of sleep because you “naturally” take a long time to fall asleep, consider trying a good quality magnesium supplement. I cannot believe I endured two decades of sleep issues. I am grateful to fall asleep quickly and effortlessly now.

This is the highest quality and most effective magnesium supplement I have found. I've ordered this directly from Jigsaw's website before, but I have an Amazon Prime membership and decided to take advantage of the free shippng. I also like the option of the smaller QTY bottles at a low price for those times my finances are tight. After realizing I was deficient in magnesium, I tried a lower cost brand and began to feel slight improvement with my overall muscle tension, but not to the degree I was expecting after being convinced I was severely lacking (in spite of the fact I had been taking a high quality plant based multi vitamin supplement). It was in an email newsletter from another company that I learned about Jigsaw's SRT and high dosage solution. I had never heard of Jigsaw products, but I was confident in the recommendation so ordered this product. Well, once I began taking the Jigsaw magnesium at the recommended dosage, I felt the difference within days! I noticed a significant decrease in the irritability I've struggled with for years, along with relief of muscle tightness. Amazingly, the tension in my neck and jaw (I've been suffering for years) actually begain to subside! I have never before found anything that helped relax my jaw, including prescription muscle relaxers. I've been prescribed some that I could feel relax my spine and even relaxed my facial muscles, sometimes to the degree where my eyelids would droop (not a good thing), but no relief for my jaws, and very little difference in my neck. I’m so glad I received my tablets these are magnesium Malate in which most magnesium tablets are not. They truly help the buckling and pain in my legs. They are a lifesaver . Also they were supposed to be delivered in one week and I messaged to see if I could get them earlier and they were here the next day Very Very Satisfied. Previously ordered. Thanks

This form of magnesium is the ONLY one I need to take. It is highly absorbable, and works very well. I have been able to decrease the total amount of magnesium I need to take for control of muscle cramps, and nerve pain. The slow release gives me great coverage. I was having to take up to 6 x 3,750 mg tablets of quick release magnesium malate, and now need only 3 x 500mg SR Magnesium per day. MagSRT meets my needs to perfection.

Very helpful, an excellent product. I have benefited enormously from the magnesium with slow release. I used to suffer from migraines, even in my sixties, and nothing helped until I read that some research had been done showing that magnesium supplements could help migraine sufferers. I started taking the product and the migraines I'd had for 40 years stopped immediately: I can now drink wine and eat chocolate!

This product has definitely made a difference. I have more energy and muscle cramps have almost disappeared. I will be buying more of this in near future. Take this in conjunction with the Stop/Start protocol at gotmag.org Be careful on dosage. I found that four tablets too much. Now take two a day which seems right for me. This could be due to other high magnesium foods which I regularly eat such as almonds and dark chocolate :).
