Changed the formula, not as pictured! Spilled in the box
This was my favorite dish soap! They changed the formula, scent, and packaging. I only ordered it bc I couldn't find my usual bottle that's been replaced and was sent the new formula, which I didn't want. The old bottles are pictures for for 9 pack. This one is fine too but doesn't smell as good.My box came with a bottle that spilled everywhere inside and soaked through onto my floor before I got a chance to open it (it leaked through a Palmolive box and the Amazon box). I had to rinse off all the bottles just to store them. I was refunded my money, which was nice.

Broken tops
The top on four of the bottles broke off and soap spilled in packaging. Poor packaging, won't take this risk again. Love the product but need a new supplier. Rating based on loss of product during shipping, not the actual product--great product.

Horrible
Very very unpleased amazon!!!! Last time I ordered this set they came beautifully, not this time around. Makes me want this time to be the last!
