Remove the single torx screw at point of hinge and install mount with Allen screw provided. Then and only then, remove the two remaining Torx screws and install the two remaining Allen screws. Failure to do so WILL result in the screw keeper under the hood being dropped into the bowels of you TJ and never more to be seen.

Very surprised and pleased with quality of this mount, especially at the price. IMPORTANT! Remove the single torx screw at point of hinge and install mount with Allen screw provided. Then and only then, remove the two remaining Torx screws and install the two remaining Allen screws. Failure to do so WILL result in the screw keeper under the hood being dropped into the bowels of you TJ and never more to be seen.

Bolted right on and fit perfect on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. No modifications needed. Worth the money.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect brackets

This brackets fit perfect and are very well made. I didn’t use them in a jeep, rather I installed them on an off road project car. I had to drill out my own holes for the hood, center the marks and measure everything center to make everything even for installation. They fit perfect for what I wanted and really hold the HI-Lift Jack in place with no movement. I did use my own hardware since this was for a custom build so I can’t speak for the hardware it comes with. Other than that 10 out of 10 for the hood brackets 👌
