Excellent and Useful for Moving Stuff
I used two of these four-wheel carts to do an intra-city move, from my old apartment to my new one. I hired professional movers to handle my heavy furniture, but, I rented a minivan to do some fragile items, expensive (and heavy) floorstanding audio speakers and boxes of books myself. These rolling carts were nothing short of a lifesaver over the course of my one week of solo labors. Assembly was very easy and took 10-15 minutes, using a Leatherman pliers to tighten the bolts securing the four casters. No instructions were included, but, assembly is easy and pretty self-explanatory. Just be sure to place the swivel casters at the front of the cart, not at the rear (the rear being the side that has the control bar/handle).Features that I like -- the cart handle is easy to collapse and raise -- just push a metal bar down with both hands in order to raise the handle. The cart has a non-slip rubber surface on it, as well as rubber bumpers on all sides. It is very easy to roll the cart when it is loaded with heavy items, although, sometimes, in order to get the cart to roll over a slight raised bump (such as that found at the end of hallway carpeting, or in an elevator), you may have to go to the front of the cart to lift it slightly with both hands, to help ease it over the bump. The cart surface is large enough to accommodate two 18"L x 12"W x 12"H boxes, with more stacked on top. Or, you can fit an 18" x 18" x 18" box on it, with a smaller box in front of it. You won't believe how much stuff you can stack ona this thing. Highly recommended to make your moves much easier and less time-consuming.

FANTASTIC hand truck. Moves easily & smoothly. Collapses easily for small spaces.
I LOVE this hand truck. I love it so much, I bought it a SECOND time, after I broke it the first time. Be aware: There IS a weight limit for this hand truck! During a move 3 years ago, I exceeded the weight limit by piling multiple boxes of very heavy books on it, so the spring mechanism bent and was rendered useless. (My fault entirely, but important information, if you're looking for something that will handle really heavy loads). I recently moved again, and had to do much of the work myself, so came back to Amazon, to find that fabulous hand truck I'd had previously. This worked like a dream. I used it to move a couple of not-heavy pieces of furniture, boxes of dishes, pans, bags of items, etc. The wheels move very smoothly and the steering mechanism is good. It is incredibly easy to collapse and fantastic for those of us who live in small spaces. It can easily fit in a closet or under a bed. Highly recommend.

Easy to assemble
Just make sure the wheels are really tighten or the wheels will definitely come off.

worked well
I bought as needed one. I liked the durability of the item. My only problem is when putting together. every whell, all 4 would only use 3 screws. I know the bolt inside the hole is glued to tighten with the screw. however every wheel only had 3 bolts.I was unable to connect the 4th screw on EVERY wheel. At first I was concerned as worried a wheel may fall off when using. Seemed to work out fine , even with only the 3 screws. The item is very sturdy, smooth when using and I found it to be a tremendous help.I would buy again.

A very Handy hand truck!
This is my second such hand truck. I had the first one for almost 20 years. I recently moved out of state and decided not to bring my old hand truck. I used it to haul everything from boxes to bricks to bags of soil and fertilizer. I used it to move boxes of lessons from my garage to my classroom and back. I love that it folds up and fits easily into a storage closet and the back of my car. I love the large flat area onto which I could stack numerous boxes. The flat bottom allows me to carry things I couldn't with a regular hand truck and wider things than would fit in a wagon. This is the best of both worlds. When I got to my new house I realized that even though I was retired and didn't need it any more for hauling boxes of teaching stuff, I still needed it for hauling bags of soil and plants from my car to the back yard.

Satisfaction and happiness
I'm happy with the cart. I only gave it 4 stars because the blue sticker on the top of the "pad" where you place stuff was peeling up when I took it out. A little bit of glue did the trick for a fix. Otherwise, my cart came obviously brand new. It's light enough for me to be able to handle it which is important because I'm disabled. It's not the kind of thing that would hold up well for daily, heavy use but for the person who wants to use it moving or as a grocery cart it should last for years. I'm 5'8" and the handle is almost too short for me. Taller please might want to make a different choice though it looks like most of them are the same. I'm satisfied and happy.

Excellent delivery but inaccurate description
Excellent delivery but inaccurate description. Generally the dimensions have been "boosted" to the nearest inch. The worst offender being the handle height which is just over 32" and not the 33" claimed. For a tall person this would be too low for comfort. In addition to the platform being smaller than described, the functional length is about 25" due to the positioning of the handle support brackets. This shortening also affects the "space" above the bracket because the handle is mounted on the forward side of the bracket. I suspect that most of the trucks are equally badly described, which is why I didn't return itApart from the misleading description, the truck appears to be well constructed. One has to go very upmarket to find one that offers hooks for a pair of bungee cords. I have, temporarily, duck-taped bungee cords to the wheel brackets, over the top of the handle, and hooked onto the back plate linking the uprights of the handle. After some testing I will probably use hooks attached to the underside utilizing a bolt that holds each front wheel in place

handle should of had a telescoping function built in so you can make it taller when using it
This is very high quality and very durable.. I gave it a four star because the handle is to low and well only be easy to use if you are five feet tall.... the handle should of had a telescoping function built in so you can make it taller when using it..

Very useful
It's pretty handy. A bit heavier than I thought, but I like that it's compact for easy storage. Casters are also easy to install.I live in a condo, so it saves me from having to make several trips back and forth from the parking garage to my unit. I can just pile all the purchases on to the cart in 1 trip...Especially useful for transporting heavy cases of water/pop.The only thing I have a slight issue with is the step release bar for lifting up the handle. Because the cart is on wheels, stepping on that metal bar ends up tilting the cart back. There is no leverage, so that's a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, not a bad product!

Very Disappointed
I got this cart to help with my move this past weekend. The screws kept falling out, and stopping to put them back in place made the moving process longer than it would have to just carry the boxes by hand. That is what I ended up doing, since most of the screws went missing and this cart was no longer useable. Do not purchase!

The picture of the product on line looks like it has wheels with small tires on rims
The picture of the product on line looks like it has wheels with small tires on rims. Unfortunately they are not, just the usual solid plastic ones which all of these products always seem to have these days. Like the others I've had, one day a wheel will collapse while it is loaded and moving (I move boxes of books). The bearings on the front look like they are sealed, and that is good. I use the truck in doors and out and dirt and crap can otherwise get into the bearings. So hopefully I will get a few years out of this.
