Rustic Log Bedroom Suite, 5 Piece Set Handcrafted Solid Wood Furniture

This set is really nice. The sellers stand behind their product. One item was very damaged, which we didn't see until we unwrapped the pallet and they still sent a replacement. They also provided guidance as to how to stain.That being said, please be sure to read the fine print. IF you want this stained or "finished" you will need to request and pay a small additional fee.I wish I would have read that because now I will be finishing the set on my own. Would rather have the professionals take care of it... My fault for not reading carefully.Also, be sure you know about wood furniture - mine came with a few "splits" which I thought was broken, but it appears that this is normal for wood that is cut into round shapes (bedframe). May seem intuitive to you, but it wasn't to me.

My wife bought this for our cabin. As I was unpacking the enormous pallet they ship all pieces on I thought the actual log pieces were nice. Then I got to the dressers and was surprised to see such low quality. In shipping the back panel on the tall dresser which is held on by small staples was coming off. I thought that’s not bad if that’s the worst thing. Then I noticed the drawers were crooked. I pulled out a drawer and saw that the entire face frame is just held together with staples and is all coming apart. Now it could have just happened during shipping but at this price point I would have never thought it would be held together with staples. Very unsatisfactory build quality. Next time I will go to a furniture store and look at it before I purchase something like this.

The furniture is beautiful. It is very heavy and sturdy. It is much bigger than expected! We had a question and called the company, and they returned our call that same evening! They were very helpful. The price for this is incredible. I have been looking for log furniture, but the high price always scared me away. I will be purchasing from this seller again.

950 pound shipment to California for the four pieces I purchased. 5 stars for the QUALITY and LOOK of this solid pine, rustic furniture. Excellent quality! 2 stars because of the work that has to be done to assemble the the bed (I bought the twin) which weighs at least, a couple of hundred pounds. Ask for emailed bed assembly instructions FIRST if you purchase the bed and it has to be shipped to you out of state. The Dresser, Chest of Drawers and Nightstand are already put together when delivered and are awesome and high end pieces. The bed is also an awesome high end piece but unassembled. Unfortunately 4 of the bed tendons were too big for 4 of the 8 the holes so a carpenter had to be hired to drill and make corrections because bed assembly is impossible if tendons do not match into the footboard and/or headboard holes. Impossible, and remember this is 100% SOLID PINE furniture.The sellers said the set would take 2 weeks to make, as in customization so I don't understand why the tendons were so off and the holes were not drilled perfectly to match the tendons. It says it takes two people to assemble the bed, but three is better because the bed weighs at least a couple of hundred pounds. I've learned to only order locally for this type of purchase so the store can assist with assembly. Dresser top was cracked in shipping and seller offered to send another dresser top but I don't know how to take old one off and replace with a new dresser top, so I declined. Another problem that could have been easily alleviated if bought local.

Easy assembly, everything was with it and it looks great in my bedroom. I wanted the finish added and it was easy to add. People were great and want you to be satisfied

We bought 2 queen bedroom suites, 1 King rustic bedroom suite, 4 end tables, 2 boot benches, 1 tall chest of drawers, coffee table and dining room table with 8 chairs, 2 barstools, and wood for crown mold for kitchen cabinets...PINE BEETLES ARE EATING HOLES IN OUR KING SIZE BED AND OUR CABINET MOLDING WOOD. ITS BEEN 1 YEAR AND THEYRE STILL ALIVE...HAVE TO SLEEP IN EARPLUGS!
