this product has a collar made of plastic that is too wide for the receiving end ( the prostate attachment in this case). so if you tighten it normally , it will be loose and the arm will rotate and won't hold its position, if you tighten it harder, you might brake it because the inner system is made of plastic thins. Also the vibration is such that it would be compared to a cheap toy because the vibration is not transmitted enough to the arm ( the prostate attachment), the vibration still stays in your arm, that makes it weaker amount of vibration that goes to the desired area. Also the arm itself is weak and cannot tighten up properly, so the arm swivel and is not sturdy when inserting it. In general it is a great idea , but poorly executed. the entire machine is built out of plastic and looks and feels cheap and inadequate for a supposedly medical grade item. I was very disappointed and disheartened not to be able to use it for its intended purpose.

I am having to rebuild my core after decades of it being a mess. I had hernia surgery in November and spine surgery in December. Next up, my surgeon wanted me to have pelvic floor therapy which for a guy is quite something! The therapist is terrific. She is a top-notch professional and really knows male anatomy. and is very helpful with sexual dysfunction issues as well. She recommended this one because it is medical grade. I read the negative reviews but because she wanted me to have this one in particular, I purchased it. I was a little concerned about the quality but so far don't see an issue. What I can see is how someone who is excited and in a hurry might try to screw the top on without the plastic threads being properly aligned and, as a result, strip them out. Yes, it would be best if this was stainless steel but that would be super expensive. Frankly, I wonder how many of these complaints are legit. This is very therapeutic and is not a sex toy, though I suppose it could be used for that. The handle set at 90 degrees allows a person to easily position it on the prostate and to work it around, back and forth, around the prostate and work each side. The first time I didn't have any milking, but after she worked on a lot of internal pelvic muscles plus some external massage over the vas deferences, things really loosened up and started to flow. Also, the longer head allows for good work around the rectum and sacrum area. It also comes with good instructions as well. BTW for all of you erotic guys out there looking for a thrill, a lot if not most men do NOT have orgasms with prostate massage. Yet.

This unit is a vibrator, not a form of Sonic technology as the ad suggests. Sonic is a term that relates to sound energy and that seems inappropriate in describing this device. That said, the main unit does a good job of coupling the vibrations to the anal probe where it can do it's work. I wouldn't call the vibrations intense, but they are fairly strong and not uncomfortable. The unit operates from a single AA alkaline battery and battery life is probably about 3 hours. I recommend using rechargeable alkaline batteries if you will be using this frequently. The main unit seems to be of fairly good quality, but the probes seem to be kind of cheaply made. It's too early yet though to make any comments about durability, or it being an effective therapy in the treatment of BPH.

I hate to give this 3-stars, so I'll give it four, because it's the only product on the market. But the truth needs to be heard by the creators of this product. It really works well. I have 2 qualms: 1) The build quality is not great. I had to tape the connecting ring together and be careful about over-tightening, to avoid further cracking. Other reviews confirm this. Figure out a more robust build and this would be nearly perfect. 2) The wand itself is still rather large. It should be as small as possible (which would help with the other problem). I am able to deal with it, but straight men want the SMALLEST possible wand stuck up their RUMP! It's kind of funny, but true....even a 25% reduction of circumference would prob. be better for most normal dudes. This isn't a sex toy, and the vibrations may carry better with a smaller wand. That said, it does exactly what it's supposed to do, and I will gorilla glue/tape the circular tightening ring to avoid buying another. It would sell more with those adjustments.

My story: My prostate woes started at an early age of 36 when I got prostate infection. Total piece of junk did not operate right out of the package very cheaply made horrible item I would never recommend this product to anybody mine won't even come on I change batteries in about 4 times and it does not work and I did not buy this for recreation purposes I bought this because I had a medical condition in my doctor recommended me find a device and if your doctor recommends a device for you this is definitely not a medical device I wish I would have never bought it.
