## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why do you charge if it's no.t in stock I thought when you pre-ordered your card get charged when its in**
A: Amazon will provide a refund but you have to really be persistent. NYC Collectibles is participating in what can best be described as "shady practices." What they're doing is charging to drop-ship directly from Asia. They "claim" they can't refund this item because "it has already shipped." In reality, they are charging their customers (myself included) for the item once it is put on a container ship in Asia AND THEN they notify you that "your item has shipped" BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 5 MONTHS for delivery! Seriously! In other words, they are charging for a pre-order (which surely must be against Amazon's policy?)
Amazon finally provided me with a refund but I'm not sure why they're allowing NYC Collectibles to continue this practice.

For me, I ordered on December 24th when the product page said "In Stock January 17th." I thought "No problem because I just need it before my son's birthday in April." Then on January 22nd I got a notification that my "ITEM HAS SHIPPED AND WILL ARRIVE ON JUNE 2nd, 2020." Lol. This company is completely out of line and Amazon needs to do something about it.

In the meantime, DO NOT BUY from NYC COLLECTIBLES.

**Q: Is this diecast metal?**
A: This is a 6-inch scale Action figure that is manufactured from plastic.

**Q: Can you hook the gun on his back?**
A: Yes you can

**Q: is this great quality?**
A: Define “great quality”. It’s mass produced but larger and more detailed than the 3.75 inch figures. It’s good for a $25-35 figure. Other lines like Hot Toys make premium figures that cost hundreds.

Very detailed figure.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great action figure for any star wars fan
*by T***T on October 23, 2024*

I added The Mandalorian to my collection, and it's an outstanding piece. The detailing is exceptional, capturing the character's iconic armor and subtle weathering effects that reflect his journey through the galaxy. The figure features impressive articulation, allowing for a wide range of dynamic poses. The included accessories, like the blaster pistol and disintegration rifle, enhance the playability and display options. This figure not only looks great on a shelf but also feels durable. The only downside is that his disintegration rifle does not fit into his hands well. Overall, The Mandalorian action figure is a must-have for fans of star wars and collectors alike. It perfectly embodies the essence of the character and adds a fantastic touch to any Star Wars collection. Highly recommended!
