Melatonin isn’t effective for me, and Benadryl had been my saving grace for the last year. Finally something that actually works, been on this for couple months. Started off slow with cordyceps and lions mane 1ml and worked my way up through to all of them up to 4ml daily and I feel better now than I ever have. Well I can say that when I first took this product I did feel literally something going straight up into my head within three or four minutes of me taking the product and I did feel more alert but but I’m not 100% sure yet because when things happen you’re not quite sure and you just can’t put your finger on it but you know something did change. I did keep taking it and I felt like it did do something but by the time I actually felt like it was helping the bottle was finished. I am going to buy another bottle and test it out a few more times but I do feel it did help me a bit and Far as the flavor it’s not so bad I actually like it. I think this is a pretty good product and I will buy again.

I read the reviews before I purchased it and noticed there was a good chance the vile tubes would not work properly. Sure enough, they didn't. I use a spoon to measure my dosage, but have to admit, for the price of these, it really makes a difference for the tools to be working properly.Just started using the supplements, so I don't feel I can comment yet on their effectiveness.

I decided to try Uphoric Urth after my friend recommended it. She said the quality is higher than other mushroom supplements that use the mycelium and fillers. I went with the chaga for its skin and detox benefits. I’m trying to cleanse my body and I feel very pleased with the results so far. I like adding the chaga to my morning matcha latte. You can’t taste the tincture at all so the flavor of the latte still shines. I give this product 5 stars for it’s high quantity ingredients, and an extra star for the chic packaging!

Put under tongue and got little blisters afterwards. Very painful. To be honest, I’m not 100% sure this did it but it’s the only thing I’ve changed in my routine. Going to Dr tomorrow if it’s not gone by morning and taking this bottle with me. Taste terrible and burns like hell. May be allergic reaction but I’ve taken many other lions mane products without issues.
