Review: this one really works - This product really works & I am extremely happy with it. The instructions for heating were very clear. The fabric has 2 distinct sides- one side is smooth & the other has a velvet like fabric that adheres well to other fabric. This allows it to "stick" where you put it. I use mine across the top of my knee-arthritis pain- it stays put & seems to work almost like it has moist heat. I do re-heat it about 3 times, because my knee needs to be scoped-but it does help make the pain go away. The outside fabric has velcro closure & can be cleaned.
Review: Super soothing - It heats up evenly in the microwave, the scent is mild not overpowering. It’s super soft and cradles my head perfectly. I will lay in bed with this on and my neck stops hurting or my headache goes away and I will fall asleep in no time. I love this product

**Q: Is it weighted?**
A: Yes

**Q: how heavy is it?**
A: It’s a bit weighted but not heavy. Just bean bags that fit around your neck. I love it. Use it all the time for stiff necks, tension headaches, or just because it feels great.

**Q: What is its mass? Mine is filled with corn and it too heavy at the moment.**
A: Not sure what the unit is filled with.  It smells like burnt corn.  I wish it would retain heat longer.  It is heavy but all in all it does eventually releave my pain.

**Q: Can you heat in the oven or maybe even put in plastic bag in hot water if do not have a microwave?**
A: I definitely do not think you could heat this in the oven. It would take a long time to test in a plastic bag in hot water as it is really dense. To me the microwave is the only option.
