I bought this to help lower my blood pressure. The doctors have tried numerous medications with me, and none I can take without bad side effects. I stopped drinking coffee right around the time I started taking this, so I don't know which one lowered my bp practically overnight, but I went from the upper 150s on the top number and 110+ on the bottom number to the 130s over the 80s in a week! I have checked several times in the last two weeks and at the doctor's office and my bp is staying in the lower 130s over lower 80s! I am going on 50 years old, so this miraculous drop in blood pressure is a big deal to me. My doctor was astonished that my bp went so low in the two weeks since she last saw me. She decided to stop trying out new bp medications on me for now and she wants me back in two months. I believe the Qunol Liquid CoQ10 is the reason for my great results. I love how easily this mixes with orange juice and how it makes my small glass of orange juice tastes like an Orange Julius, which is so good. I've had it straight out of the bottle and I still like the taste. I am refrigerating it, and that doesn't appear to be cutting down the effectiveness. July 20th, 2016 Update: My blood pressure is still doing good enough that I can stay off of medications. My doctor is blown away! Woohoo! One bottle is lasting me two months. Not bad! August 21, 2017 Update: My blood pressure is still doing great and I am able to stay off of BP meds with this. Recently Amazon Prime started shipping without its box and measuring cup. My last two shipments arrived without what is pictured. Not sure why and I did let Amazon know.

I had been taking this supplement in softgel form but when I found out about this liquid form I was very interested because it is more easily absorbed into the system making it more effective. I was reluctant to order it because it was orange pineapple flavor but it turned out to be quite mild and not acidic. I add it to my OJ so it was important to me not to be adding more acid to it. The flavor is actually very pleasant. What I also noticed was that I actually felt more energy after taking this in liquid form. It is expensive but certainly worth the money especially when you are trying to keep your heart healthy. This is probably one of my best finds and especially for my partner who had a stroke and cannot take pills, usually crushes them up but now can add this to his OJ in the morning like I do. If you are taking supplements for your heart either to prevent heart disease or to improve a pre-existiing condition, this is the best product by far to add to your regime. Great stuff and not bad tasting

Have been taking various brands of CoQ 10 on and off over the years. I've noticed huge variation in quality and effect, even from the same brand, and gave this CoQ10 a shot. This is EASILY the BEST CoQ10 I have taken; the most 'absorbed' (in quotes because it's not something I've measured directly, but from the 'effect' and quickness of effect after taking, it seems to be true). **I am speaking here of the liquid variety; the capsules (I've also tried, are 'meh', at best). The only negative about it is the mouth feel/taste. It feels like nothing I've ever put in my mouth previously. The taste that is added is so 'not of this world' that I cannot think of wanting to have it in any other context. But if you can get over that; this is the best CoQ10. Highly recommended.
