Excellent quality flame, the three separate burners combining to make a fat flame, perfect for lighting a fat cigar!Had a niggle with the lid as the hinge proved a little flimsy and the metal cracked at the pivot, but a replacement was despatched immediately, and seems more sturdy, so hopefully just a rare weakness in manufacturing. The action could not be easier, with the slider releasing both the (well) spring-loaded lid and controlling the burn. The lid must be manually closed after a burn, but this is just a simple click and done.Because of the size and intensity of the flame, you will find yourself filling the lighter quite frequently, but as it's designed for large cigars, this is unlikely to be a problem for most people. The small window, allowing you to gauge the level of gas in the lighter, is a bit fiddly to see, but I found that if you hold it at the right angle to the incident light and gently jiggle it, it is possible to discern approximately the level of gas remaining, although it's probably easier just to let it run low. The cut-off is quite dramatic as the gas pressure drops below a certain level. Refilling is a doddle. a nice deep filling channel for the valve means that the gas refill seats nicely and securely, and a five second burst is usually enough to fill it adequately, from a standard butane refill, with the standard adapter (i.e. no adapter required). The flame adjuster is simple to use, with a 360º turning range, and an impressive maximum flame size, although this will heat up the lighter quite a lot if maintained. Recommend the middle setting for an acceptable level of fierceness without being silly. Overall, an excellent product, and absolutely first-class service and communication from the vendor.

This is the second one I’ve bought. Great lighter however the cover on my first one snapped off, it still worked for a while but eventually it got washed and ruined.Bought this one which unfortunately had the same issue of snapping but much sooner. I was not too bothered as the lighter still worked but then after not much more use it completely stopped sparking and lighting. I tried to contact the seller before the review as I couldn’t find the option to, so I’m hoping those issue will be resolved.But overall I would recommend this lighter, my first one lasted for ages and went through a lot of abuse my case is not something to tell you not to buy. It is great.

BUT, and a big BUT, use the literal highest quality of gas, that clipper gas you bought thinking its the best you can get is still too bad for it, after buying multiple multi-jet lighters i get the same issue, the pipes end up getting clogged and one of the jets will fail to fire properly, and eventually itll just die from the tubes clogging, the tubes that supply the jets that is, i was disappointed when it happened but ive moved on to another jet in my search for something that lasts longer than 6 months, but for those 6 months, not only will you have the coolest lighter but people wont try and steal it from you because they will be scared of the power of it, and oh boy is it powerful

I previously used a lighter, one of those arc lighters. While they are very good, charging by usb. I have managed to almost taser myself twice with the arc lighter.Had enough as I use the lighter upside down facing into a glass tube (the lighter is upside down, not me).Jumped into Amazon and this RONXS one caught my eye.It's very pretry, reviews were good and I had tried the equivalent but in a throw away version.Yes I can get a pack of throwaw ones but I preferred to pay a little bit more for something that holds a bit of weight in your hand and also works a treat.Boy it has power, I keep mine on a low flame for my needs me it works. Treat.

So firstly I'll say in the box they offer a free "gift" for positive reviews, but frankly a second £11 lighter doesn't get me all that giddy so...The lighter looks lovely in the colourful oilslick style. Has a nice weight in hand and generally looks high quality.The finish is good, though cheaper metals are noticeable and the colour picks up finger marks like mad.The flip up door is satisfying as anything, if cheaply hinged.When the lighter works it has strong flames with plenty of power.Unfortunately the pushdown switch is rubbish. Mine stops gas flow if you depress it too far down which is obviously a quality control issue.The gas filling is ridiculous. Firstly the viewing window is pointless, you can't see anything through in anything other than direct light.The valve is very poor. You cannot press gas into it heavily as it will leak, nor too lightly as it will leak... Honestly filling this thing is so irritating I picked up a 50p clipper instead.The flame height control ranges from so weak it does not produce a useful flame, to powerful enough to completely incinerate the end of any smokes with no middle ground. You can whack it up to full 5 inch jet engine though which is amusing.All in all, another ultimately disposable, poor quality control disappointment that will last 3-6-8 months before inevitability breaking.So approx a quid per month in use if I'm lucky? Terrible value put like that.Yours might be better in terms of QC, but personally I want something I can keep for years. This is absolute not it.

This lighter is brilliant. It comes in very nice packaging and would be perfect for a Christmas or birthday gift. It is compact and has a very nice weight to it. It has a solid metal design and feels quite durable. In the wind it performs quite well but it still goes out if it gets to windy, on top of this depending on how long you have it on for there is a delay after you let go of the igniter, usually a couple seconds. It also does go through fuel quite quickly but that is to be expected.Overall very good
