The Fischer nylon toggle Duotec For High Tensile in portrait or landscape loads with 2 components. Easy to install with low hole diameter of 10 mm and short toggle element also available in narrow and Gedämmten holes. Easy pre-assembly, the plug is even without screw it should not be left out in the screw hole. No digging, weakness of the supporting plasterboard. The Rocker folds behind the panel automatically and gives it its load capacity. Thanks to the flexible screw socket made from stainless steel you can set the toggle with wood and chipboard screws or metric hook and threaded rods with locking nut. Bumpers at hole in solid materials it works like a expansion wall plugs. The included Round Hook is well coordinated with the Fischer Duotec toggle. This ensures a perfect fit.

These are very simple to install, and looks great after installed too with the press-in-place grommet. The shelves were installed and felt as sturdy as if I had hit studs on all the screws. I'll get another box to have for just-in-case projects. Tip! Drill the hole with a 10mm drill bit (or equivalent in inches) and don't think, meh 9mm is just as good. It's not. :)

Bought some shelves from Ikea, and it looked like if the mount was not on a stud the shelve would come crashing down. Then I saw these things, and figured I'd give it a try. These are very simple to install, and looks great after installed too with the press-in-place grommet. The shelves were installed and felt as sturdy as if I had hit studs on all the screws. I'll get another box to have for just-in-case projects. Tip! Drill the hole with a 10mm drill bit (or equivalent in inches) and don't think, meh 9mm is just as good. It's not. :)
