This product is excellent! I used a small amount on a spot on light grey carpet and blotted it with a clean cloth. The spot vanished! This was on carpet in a new to us house that had the carpet cleaned and it hadn’t removed the spot. It does not have harsh smells either!

This is a great product for tough stains. I had a large dog-created stain (throw up) in our light carpet in our finished basement. I tried Nature's Miracle but couldn't get the stain out. Had the carpet steam-cleaned a couple of times but the stain was set in and couldn't be removed with steam-cleaning. I tried Folex cleaner yesterday and the stain is more or less gone. I liberally sprayed the area with the cleaner and used a soft brush to scurb the carpet. Blotted out the wet carpet with Bounty and the stain was lifted out of the carpet. This is a great product and works as advertised. Good price too for a large 1 liter bottle.

Actually works!! I have tried to remove a stain on my bedroom carpet. I have used several known brands of spot remover and carpet shampoo without luck. I thought I would try once more time before calling professional service. Ordered this product, used on stain twice and no stain remains. Very effective.

I can count the number of times I’ve left reviews on one hand, so this product must really be amazing. And it is! My one-brain cell dog got into some fudge I swore I’d put up and threw up all over the house. I was prepared to burn the whole place down because there was no way the stains were coming out of that carpet. Then, my friend told me about this product and I’ve now witnessed a miracle! I tried several other cleaners before this one and am kicking myself. Because this truly is the only one you’ll need.

It works OK, but it wasn't the miracle I was hoping for based on other reviews. This is maybe great for when you can get it on a stain fast, but for set in stains it only worked OK for me. It also depends on the material I would imagine. On my upholstered sofa blend it did work to get a set in and spread ink stain out like 80%. On a felted wool tapestry it did absolutely nothing for set in stains of unknown origin. I'm still happy to have it.

I love this product. It actually delivers on what it says. I have been using FOLEX for years and will continue to use this product. It is odorless and easy to use. It removes stains without having to scrub the material with the stain. I do recommend this product because it is versatile on most fabrics.

This is crazy! We had 8-9 black stains on our family room carpet and we thought that our cat got in chimney and got char on him. We decided to call Stanley Steemers to have all of our hardwood floors deep cleaned, furniture cleaned and our carpet before the holiday at the tune of $1,000. When them got to family room they tried everything on the black spots to no avail and gave up. I decided to research spot cleaners and this product kept coming up with great reviews but at $28 it seemed pricey but thought if it even worked half as good as the reviews, it would be worth it. Well, the reviews were right and I am now a 100% fan. I started spraying on the spots and just like others said, you could see the spot disappearing. On a couple of them, I went back to dab with a towel and had trouble finding them. lol I did have to treat twice on the larger/darker stains but not a big deal. Anyway, I have never written a strong positive review like this on any product but this purchase prompted me to spread the word on how well it worked. Keep in mind, I got all of the stains removed “after” I had the carpet cleaned by Stanley Steemer who said they tried but there wasn’t anything else they could do. One thing for sure, I’ll always have a bottle of this on hand so I’m ready for the next stain.

This works well on stain spots. I watched a few youtube videos on this and then purchased it. Tried it on a small area and it was awesome. it does not work as well as some youtube videos show but it works. You have to leave it for a bit in some cases and then wipe it off. The product was delivered in an open bottle and the seller was quick to send me a replacement. I highly recommend the seller and product

This works great. No bad odours and easy to use. It didn’t work on old stains.
