These work for me! Not all melatonin put me to sleep, but these do! The trick to any melatonin, is to take it right when you lay down at night. If you take it before you're ready to go to sleep, you can override melatonin, since we naturally produce it. These quickly calm my mind chatter. In the meantime I don't let my mind go crazy with thoughts. I usually will say a prayer or go over all the things I am thankful for in my day. That usually keeps my mind from wondering long enough to fall fast asleep. I love how fast these dissolve. Usually I only need to take one, sometimes I may need to pop another one, I rarely have to take more than two a night. I like that I stay asleep without waking in the night. Some people may experience dreams, that's probably because you fell into a deep enough sleep to dream! The large bottle of 180 pills last me several months, mainly because I don't have to take as many as other melatonin I have tried.

Melatonin is melatonin, and these work just fine. But they’re marketed as flavored, chewable tablets… and I have to ask, why? They taste absolutely awful. 😝 I ended up swallowing them whole instead.

It’s great. I sleep well with this. No sugar or weird additives. Some natural factors supplements are real good, some I avoid because seem to have things added I avoid. This melatonin appears to be a clean supplement. I’ve been using this more than 2 years. You don’t need water with this, melts in your mouth. I also take 1/2 pill of this in daytime when I have extreme anxiety, it takes edge off quickly combined with L-theanine and some natural factors magnesium citrate capsule, which is also very affordable. A good sleep and extreme anxiety remedy for me

Great taste. I buy this for my mother in law for occasional use. She doesn't like any other flavors but peppermint. We are happy that we found this brand to match her preferences.
