Sven made for an epic Christmas for our 5yo. He came well boxed, was super easy to put together, and is cute and sturdy. He’s exactly as described and expected.Ignore the reviews that complain he doesn’t move (he’s not supposed to) and is quiet (that’s a bonus in my book, we don’t need more loud taking toys around here). This is a great, simple toy that inspires our daughter to imaginative play and keeps her well occupied. All the kids who’ve been around have loved him.Sven is lightweight enough that our daughter can pick him up and move him. Yet, he’s perfectly sturdy. Kids of all sizes have played on him and sat on him all kinds of ways and he never budges.I don’t know that’s it worth the retail price of $99, necessarily, but I purchased when it was discounted. If you can find a deal I totally recommend it.

Sven looks realistic and the detail was down very well. It’s a fun toy to play with and the kids love it! The price that they sell it for I feel is it worth paying. It should be like 50 or 60 dollars no more no less. It’s way over priced. When I bought it I paid 90 dollars after tax and it’s not worth 90 dollars. I love the details of Sven.

My baby is only 8 months old and I was thinking when she’s finally old enough to play with this they probably won’t sell it anywhere. Well I’m so happy I got it cause the other day in her walker I got her going up to it and giving it noisy 😍❤️ I officially decided To get the Maximus and frozen 2 nokk

My granddaughter loves Sven!! But she kept expecting him to move, so 4/5 stars. This toy does exactly what it says so there’s no disappointment there for me in buying it, and she has played with him constantly and hugs him and talks to him and she enjoys feeding him his carrot. She’s right though, it just feels like he should move, so something is missing. Pros - It only took a couple of minutes to assemble and put in the batteries. He is a perfect size for her to climb off and on by herself, and he’s very sturdy. Shes using a lot of imagination pretending he’s moving. Cons - The sounds he makes are very low. His antlers aren’t pointy, but i see how she could get poked in the eye if she loses balances and falls forward. This doesn’t seem likely, but it’s possible.

My wife and I were pleased with the size of the toy, my little girl and even more so. We were glad it’s not very heavy, but extremely sturdy, and easy to assemble. Though we wish it had more electronic features, and the speaker were louder in the unit. Overall, it was not a bad purchase, especially for the price, especially for how happy it made our little one.

We gave this to my daughter for her second birthday in August. She plays with him everyday! Only complaint is he is a little light on the bottom so it is very easy to tip forward if she leans to hard getting on or hugging him while sitting on him. But she had gotten so much joy from him, worth it!

Ordered this for my daughter for her 2nd birthday tomorrow. Opened it today to put it together to find it had scuff marks and markings all over it. Almost as if it’s been used. I could get past the markings though, because I really wanted her to have it for tomorrow. Went to put the batteries and turn it on, won’t turn on, doesn’t talk or do anything it’s supposed to. So it is for sure used and broken. I’m so sad 🙁

i ordered 2- neither one would ever say the phrases "give me a snack" or "please"ordered 1- didnt talk- returned it. Received replacement - didn't talk- returned it....and believe me we tried everything- replaced batteries a couple times - kept him out on a table all weekend and bobbled the head every time we walked by trying to get him to talk. All we got was chomping and grunting, etc.I saw this in a target store and the talking part was the cutest! If we get a replacement- I'll but it in a store- but i'm kind of over it now. I even called and spoke with the actual manufacturer "Jakks Pacific" - they were incredible helpful- and I actualy had a customer service rep on the phone (i was shocked). She pulled a Sven unit out and tried him and was easily able to make her's talk.She said as long as mine said shipped by Amazon- there should be no risk of a knock off- I told her this was the second one that didn't talk.
