Read some good reviews about this but I did not notice any improvement to my energy levelsI have stopped taking the product ,it is very hard to mix with anything and it is soooo very bitter

I don't usually write a review, but this time I feel as if I have to share this info with people. So to say, I came into my early 40's to believe that I am ill without a precise disease. I was fatigued, anxious, felt low from all points of view. I took this hard black resin and I felt superb. So I took it again, I felt as if I am born again. I went and read all about it and I found out something what exactly I have experienced. Actually shilajit cleanse and activates your chackra system. It works wanders. Life has start pulsing inside my body. I do feel as if I am 16 again. I love sex, I love doing the washing up, I love doing everything I really used to hate. Every night I go to bed and sleep like a baby and I haven't got nightmares. Also I wake up totally refreshed, I am never tired again. Guys this bad tasting and hard to pick it up from it's box resin is something I love. Also is very important if you don't feel uplifted first time using so use it double or triple the amount as it will work better and sooner. Doesn't do any harm at all no side effects, no jittery at all. Makes me feel like a goddess. Honestly, I am in love again, but this time with my own self. Thank you for reading. Once you get used to the taste it really isn't that bad, and the benefits, energy and wellbeing that I have experienced outweighs all of that. Most likely to order it again.

I have used at least 3 other brands of Shilajit. They all taste like I would expect cow manure to taste like. That isn't a knock to the product, that sheittty taste is how part of its legitimacy. It does help increase my energy, but not in a stimulant kind of way. It is referred to as the 'destroyer of weakness'.Another plus note, I have had some products give me nasty burps, this one did not have that effect. Only tasting it once a day is a real plus.

I found out about this from Dr. Jennifer Daniels. I bought it a week or so ago, I have never experienced this type of energy from any product I have ever used and I am a self proclaimed vitamin junkie. I have been forgetting to take every other vitamin since the energy from this is so amazing. Buying another jar today for someone else. I love it. I have not tried other brands, this was the first one. What more can I ask for? Someone said that it was fluffy, it is not fluffy, it is thick, thick, thick. I let it dissolve in water in the morning and then drink the water, suggested by Dr. Daniels, I also heard someone say to let it sit in water overnight and drink it in the morning. It does not taste good but the results are wonderful. Energy !!!!

A take a couple supplements, but shilajit is my favorite. I can feel a burst of energy and health after my morning dose.

When you get it, sit the container upright at room temp overnight so the product can flow down toward the bottom of container, then you can open it without the lid being stuck to contents as the contents are thck and sticky intrinsically. I used a small container slightly larger to place container and serving tool together and place in refrigerator once opened. Whether you refrigerate or not keeping the severing tool and product together in a small container will keep you from losing the serving tool/spoon. Like I say, seemed to benefit me a lot, metabolism increased, could breath easier noticably in my case, so maybe really needed the minerals. I slowly pour coffee over the serving tool and swish around in cup to finish disolving, add teaspoon honey and stir.
