Best purchase! It has made my life so much easier! I love that it comes with extra cloth - whenever I feel it's too hot, I can use that. Little details like this is what wins our hearts. The charger seems a lil flimsy but doesn't cause any trouble. It does take some time to heat up completely, but the heat stays for a really really long time. Very easy to clean as well. I wash the cloth normally and wipe the water bag with awent cloth often. There's absolutely no leakage of liquid whatsoever. It is a total value for money!!! I've suggested this to every other girl ik and they've all loved using this.

I brought this product many a times it works hardly a year later pad won’t heat. Electric supply will show the light but pad won’t heat thought it’s good product but 2 items same lying without use now

The electric hot water bag is very good and it is very light weight and I like it

The product has its charger unit faulty.the charger led light timer ignites first time & then second time it’s led light does not put on. The second time replacement of the unit shows same error.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this! I suffer from endometriosis and have extremely bad period and pain leading up to my period. My usual hot water bottle is never hot enough for the pain I experience. I would use boiling hot water, and then put the pouch on my skin and it would need to be refilled within 15-20 mins max as it is no longer strong enough for my endo pains. This electric bottle however, is so hot I have to put a blanket over my clothes and then use the bottle, and is it cools I gradually remove the cover and other layers. After an hour it is still so hot !! As if it was first done. This is also amazing as as someone who suffers from a long term condition you can sometimes feel as if you are a burden on others, constantly asking for a hot water bottle to be refilled, or if someone isn’t home and I’m in pain I simply cannot do it. With this I can just heat it up on the side of my bedside table - it takes 5 minutes and lasts ages. Highly recommend !!!!

This product qualities is barely bad. It is steak long time to become hot.

Wow what a find. I suffer chronic pain and this electric hot water bottle is outstanding. Lasts for 3 to 4 hours and I would highly recommend to anyone that uses heat pads.

I had used this product in India and loved it. When I came back to USA, I placed an order but unfortunately received it having the Indian style plug. It is not useful for me at all so I am returning it. I think the company should be doing extra research about their products specifically considering international requirements.
