This coffee Urn is great. It keeps the coffee hot for a long time, and the capacity is large enough to brew plenty at once. Sometimes I also use it to hold hot water, which works really well. Overall, it’s very convenient and practical, perfect for gatherings, the office, or home use.

Good value, and pretty quick brew time, works well, but no way to lower setting to hold coffee after brew... Only on and off no hold settings. Coffee will over heat and start to reduce if you leave on too long. Seems to have a good quality design, filter and holder do well for brewing.

We bought this for a Thanksgiving get together and used it and it was wonderful. Coffee stayed very hot and it was really nice to have it staying warm the entire time without burning or tasting bitter. The second time it would not work. Called customer service and they were GREAT. Very quick to respond and will replace at no cost. Great customer service.

Used for a bridal shower. It worked fabulously. But let me share the best part. This company’s customer service was amazing. At the bridal shower it got dropped (before the shower) and one of the handles broke. I reached out to the company on how to get a new handle. They sent me 2 brand new ones for free. That is great customer service. Was not expecting it to be free but was very grateful since we broke it.

This Coffee maker is great and perfect for what we needed. It was bought to use during conferences and office meetings and it exceeded our expectations. The size is great, it was large enough for our conference of about 80 people. It is nice and sturdy and easy to assemble and clean as well. The coffee remained hot for hours as well. Recommend it for sure.
