High quality tool
Appears to be high quality, well made tool. Smooth function with low degree arc swing before engagement. Good for tight places.

Very smooth action almost no backdrag.
Very smooth action and ratcheting action. Almost no play in the ratchet at all and very little, almost no backdrag at all. This will be a great ratchet for those really tight areas. I would definitely buy again if and when needed.

Impressive, innovative tool.
I bought this mainly out of curiosity, to compare with other stubby 1/4 ratchet, looking for the ideal one for a specific job. I like it, it's very unique, but I don't think it will become my first choice 1/4 stubby ratchet. It does exactly what it says. One annoyance is that you have to swap the head the other way (flip it) to change directions. Not the end of the world, but takes a bit of precious time (auto tech here doing warranty work) if you have a job that requires a lot of swapping directions (engine valve seal replacement). As strange as it may sound, I also miss the ratcheting tactile feel and sound...if that makes sense. It is extremely smooth, and I'm not sure I really like or want that...but that is just me.Seems like a well made, nice product, and I will keep it, just not on the "top shelf" so to speak.

Very compact, small degree ratchet set that works in really tight spaces.
Already used both ratchets. They are compact and work in very tight places. I'm sure they will get quite a bit of use in the future.

Very handy. Wish I'd had it sooner.
These ratchets are incredibly smooth, no back drag at all. Slight hassle to switch directions, but in tight spaces this is preferable because with normal ratchets ice accidentally hit the switch to change direction lots of times which becomes even more of a hassle. I'd probably buy a larger size version of these if they were available, but I'm very happy with the 2 small ones.

Became my favorite ratchet
I love this ratchet is small but has good grip and is also fast and very sturdy, this has become my go to ratchet

Great idea
These are great ratchet drives. I work mostly on motorcycles and only use my ratchet drives to get the bolt snug and then torque it with a torque wrench. You don't need a big ratchet drive for that. Perfect for a tool pouch or to save room in a tool box. I feel comfortable torquing bolts to about 8-10Nm with them. After that I go for a bigger drive. So four stars. If I felt they could torque a bolt to 15-16Nm regularly then I'd give them five stars.
