The best serum I have ever used. My skin is so sensitive & I have tried every high end brand, every serum, you name it. This has changed everything for me. My skin is so much brighter, my skin barrier is repairing & I have no breakouts from it as it has cleared my face up!!!! You need the tiniest bit because a little goes a long way. It does not have any odor. I’ve used it for a month now and the bottle still looks barely used. Worth every penny.

Expensive but makes my skin feel way more hydrated than when I don’t use it. Makes my skin a little tingly but not too bad.

I may be just out of graduate school needing to budget but this is one product in my skin care regimen that makes or breaks my skin. The hydration it seals in prior to moisturizer, protection properties, redness/acne, — personally, I feel this serum is just a miracle in a bottle… it is pricey, but it is worth it. I’ve used all the top tier brands and I still use my Zo moisturizer and get the complexion pads when I get — but this serum is everything. Quality 10000/10.

Product is great, but twice now the container has allowed the product to expand up and out of the eyedropper top. This is too expensive to end up with 75% of it all over the counter. No response from the manufacturer after the first time it happened a few years ago, so I may just stop purchasing it.

This pro heal serum is expensive but very, very good for healing skin after skin treatments. I’ve been using after a IPL treatment, and it has totally aided my recovery from the high intensity of light treatment. The serum soothes and hydrates the skin very well. It does have a little tacky feel to it at first, but after it absorbs into skin, the tacky feeling dissipates. It’s a great healing product to have on hand! It’s also great for burns……

I have used this product for almost 10 years, it is by far the best serum for rosacea. It is expensive and worth it - redness is noticeably better and skin feels brighter. Skin feels slightly tacky while the product is drying but becomes smooth after applying moisturizer.

This serum is incredible. I used it 7 years ago on my face after Mohs surgery left a 2 inch scar, and it healed quickly and completely. So when my daughter got terrible red cut/burning lines multiple inches around each side of her mouth after wisdom teeth surgery, I bought this again - and within a week, she was at prom with beautiful, clear skin. She used the healing lotion as well. I will add the same review on that SKU as well. Highly recommend.

Hello, I recently purchased the iS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum Advance+ from your store. Unfortunately, upon opening the bottle for the very first time, something completely unacceptable for a premium skincare product happened. There was a loud popping sound (like a champagne bottle opening), and the serum immediately started foaming up rapidly. As a result, half of this expensive product overflowed and was completely wasted, ruining my counter and tissues (photo attached). It appears that due to improper storage or temperature issues during transit, the Vitamin C in the formula began to degrade, releasing gas and building up extreme pressure inside the bottle. Since the product has clearly oxidized and lost its efficacy before I could even use it, I am unable to apply it to my skin.
