In light of this correction on the seller's part I will be changing my rating. The new unit works great and is just what I wanted so I give this item 5 stars.Original 1 star review:This product very clearly advertises itself as being equipped with BOTH red AND green LED lights. Unfortunately, the unit I paid for has NO green LEDs. It doesn't look "festive" at all. It's more like an emergency warning light and less like "Christmas" lights. If only the green light would also work, it would probably look quite nice. But as you can see in the picture and video I provided, there is no green light at all. I let it charge fully and left it on for hours in a warm environment (indoors) with no light and it STILL never displayed any green light. There is only one button on the device, and it is an ON/OFF button. So there is no way to toggle the green lights on, they simply aren't there.

I used to have a static one like this that didn't change, but much prefer this as it is more active and fun, a total upgrade. I used mine plugged in to power so I did not try out the solar and can't report on that (didn't need it). High quality all around and well made. Light is very bright and crisp.

This is the 2nd solar laser light I purchased. The first was returned when it failed to stay charged.This solar laser light was a used, returned item. It was received without any internal packaging, and without the sticky plastic layer over the solar battery. None of the components were in the little baggies like the first one I received.This lamp does work, but only for a short time. It doesn't matter whether I charge it using the sun, or by plugging it in to the outlet. It will not work for more than a few minutes. It makes a nice display while it's going, it just stops after a few minutes.

I'm writing a review for the Solar Christmas Laser Lights. I purchased 2 of these and both lights only last a max of 2.5 hours. I live in Florida and the solar panels are in direct sunlight all day, so they are fully charged. The company states that you will get about 5 hours run time and that is absolutely not true. I'm giving it 2 stars because when they actual are on, they look like all the other laser lights out there.

Tested it after a day’s charge and they looked great! I had them on for 5-10 minutes.Charged in the sun another full day and installed in the yard and it ran for 15 minutes before it turned off. Will be returning highly disappointed.

If you want this product for its solar power capabilities, i highly dont recommend it. Only using the solar power, even on the sunniest of days, this product only worked for around 2-3 hours each night. I was expecting much more. I will say though, if you plan to plug it it, it does produce great quality light.

I order 2 lights. I had to send one back immediately it didn't work. . I had to use AC adapter. I got a replacement which only worked for a few days then it stopped chasing and only flashed on and off. After a couple more days it would not turn off in daylight. Neither light worked very long on solar charge I had to use the AC adapter. I would not recommend these lights. I'd look into a better quality.

I purchased this solar laser light projector for my Dad's house thinking I would able to control the speed of the laser lights. My brother-in-law was able to slow it down a little bit but not enough to my satisfaction.
