Update Aug 9, 2020: I have this bottom of the screen about 1 inch high flickering. I shut it down for a day, it turned back to normal for 15 mins, then the flickering is back on. The problem is that when I went to Dell's site, it said my Service Tag is invalid. This is nothing to do with reseller but the rating is purely for this laptop model.Screen bezel is closed to 0. Size is even smallet than my early 2015 MacBook 13. Lightweight but very solid feel. Keyboard is solid and actually first time feeling better than my Pixelbook. Screen is brilliant and bright. Color is good but don't quote on me because I am not too sensitive to color. Sound is very good. Love the ports, it even comes with USB-C to USB-A adapter. Can charge on both sides but watch out, one side has two USB-C and only one of them has power delivery. Two Thunderbolts 3 ports. Quite disappointed with just Intel 620 but this beast has 6 c/12t, I threw handbrake at it transcoding 1080p@30 with 10 apps and 20 tabs in chrome, not even choking, fan will go on max though but it's understandable. It came with Windows 10 pro but I haven't had time to discover all the potentials yet. Fingerprint is fast and accurate. Trackpad is good.Overall: get it if you can get it under $1800 USD because I was kinda disappointed with the graphics, was hoping at least MX250. But I use it mainly for work and occasional LoL, which doesn't require a lot so I guess I am good.Edited on January 25, 2020: I checked my laptop specs for performance but found that mine doesn't come with Thermal Velocity according to Intel website and on Intel website it actually said that not all SKU comes with all features.And then I checked back this product page, this is actually wrong. First of all, on this page it is Intel i7-10510U, which is 4c/8t but the one I received was i7-10710U, 6c/12t. Of course I am happy with that but I hope the seller can update the info because you may stop people buying from you for that price.Then for other buyers, I believe next time I will check SKU carefully because I find that Thermal Velocity is actually very smart feature and I should have made sure that I get the one that has it. Anyway, I believe I cannot return anymore, it's not make or break feature so I will live with that but with this price, I really hope it comes with that.
