Good but not great taste
Not sure how much it’s keeping my glucose levels in check, but it does taste okay. Not crazy good as some people raved! I will probably buy again, and am curious as to the other flavors taste?

Bitter taste
I’ve used several of the glucodown drink mixes and the tea flavor is my LEAST favorite. Has a bitter taste.

Deliciously Refreshing
It taste just like the regular instant iced tea mix. I've tried both the peach and lemon tea flavors and they taste delicious! It's good to have a diabetes friendly drink like this. As for lowering or controlling the glucose levels, I haven't seen that much of a difference. But I've only been taking this for a week or two. Either way, it taste good and at least does not spike my sugar levels.

Side effects
Be careful!!! It contains the same ingridient that is in Splenda, and it is toxic. Do your own research about sucralose. When I started my first bag I realize the normal effects: bloating, bad gases, stomach upset but it was tolerated. Then after few days my face and my eyelids started to itch. Mild first and moderate later. I wasn’t relating it with the glúcodown product. I finished the first bag and guess what. The itching start decreasing and disappeared. I wait like one week and ordered the second bag and after two days drinking it the itching came back. The product doesn’t use the name Splenda as artificial sweetener but it is the same. I decide to stopped immediately. So be careful! I want to see how long this review last

Pleasantly Surprised
Bought this as just a possible diabetic-friendly alternative to coffee in the morning (the caffeine makes my blood sugar spike for several hours and decaff coffee is just sacriligious). I've found that not only is it tasty but it actually does smooth out the normal rise in blood sugar after my breakfast and lunch to more of a slight plateau insted of a huge spike. Definitely a great product!
