This is why even though I have read numerous books in the past on this topic, I could not pass up this 190-page soft cover volume (Hidden Power: How to unleash the power of your subconscious mind by James K. Van Fleet) that I purchased on Amazon. The fourteen chapters in this excellent book cover a lot of interesting and informative material for anyone seeking a simple and easy to understand and follow manual on the subconscious mind. The thing that makes this particular book is that each chapter provides practical and realistic advice on each topic. A sample of the topics covered in this excellent book include: How you can use the hidden power of your subconscious mind to work literal miracles for you, how to communicate with your subconscious mind, how to deactivate and defuse your failure attitude and ideas, how to use the powers of your subconscious mind to become a winner in everything you do and many other helpful chapters to help you succeed using your subconscious mind. I have this book everywhere: kindle, nook and hard cover. I've considered this book a survival tool since I first got it that has basic ideas I don't want to live without. That is all I am saying here and now in this review. Take it or leave it.

I took away a lot of wisdom from this short book and it gave me a better understanding of how my thoughts control my environment.

Excellent book for properly understand the subconscious and conscious mind, and how to use it.

This book singlehandedly allowed me to quit smoking Cigarettes within 2 weeks. In fact, it only required one paragraph. I would highly recommend this Book. Please take time to enjoy what you're about to behold this is an incredible tool.

WOW - I am familiar to this topic I have read a lot and knew a good amount of what he talked about already BUT BUT BUT the way he puts it, the way he explains it , the way he uses it to achieve certain things in a certain way I AM SHOCKED - this book has already helped me shift my prospective so much and it has already helped me change the way I do things for the better and I’m not even half way yet - I can honestly say I’m in awe , the information is truly invaluable and I personally was a bit skeptical knowing this is a bit of an older books and having read around the subject already I doubted how helpful the book could be , definitely recommend this book to everyone it’s a great read, it is not boring at all it’s really practical which I like - it gives u steps for everything , it tells you exactly what to ask yourself to get where you want , I am definitely getting my friends to buy this book (I got the paperback I always recommend it as it is much better with self improvement books as actually having the physical copy and making the time to read it is much more impactful) thanks for reading my review, so grateful I’m so happy this book made it into my life

This book came a day earlier than expected. That is always good. It came highly recommended. After reading first few pages, I could understand why. Excellent read. I highly recommend this life changing book.
