Yes, it did come in packets but that didn't seem to bother me. The quantity is so little (5gm) that it finishes in one use. So honestly I think there is no need for bottles.For those who don't know how to use, just put it under the sun and it will glow just fine.How I used it? I did a science experiment with my kid. In a glass bottle put water, then pour some oil later mix little salt. To show how oil is lighter nad keeps floating up. And lastly we added some phosphorus powder. Put it under sun for 5-10mins and then take it innthe dark room. My kids were very excited to see it glowing!Thank you Americos for an amazing experience. And also thank you for nice goddies.
