Doesn't help with weight loss
Not sure about the energy, but I know CLA is an important supplement. I was hoping it would be a weight loss aid, but no help there! Not sure I will reorder.

This CLA is a great dose! I have taken CLA for years now and I believe it has played a huge roll in my weight loss and maintenance,. These tabs are easy to swallow and have no after taste. I am also pleased they do not stick together like some CLA tabs I have had. I do recommend taking these at night. They do not assist in sleep or anything, I just find when I do not take them before bed my body composition is different ( after time ). The first thing I noticed when I started taking CLA 1500 was how large these pills are. That's really all I noticed when taking CLA 1500.A little bit about my background, I workout regularly and eat pretty well, so I was hoping for an edge that I haven't found from taking CLA 1500. The product is fine. I had no jittery feelings from taking it like other weight loss supplements.I did drop 1 lbs this week which could be from the supplement, or just from natural weight fluctuations.

Love it so far
I just received my product today and am very pleased with the product thus far... i've only used it once and as yet can obviously not account for it's ability to do as described. i've used cla before in the past from other manufacturers and i like these soft gel pills much better. i received this product at a discounted rate for a fair and honest review. and as with all supplements you have to put in the work to get anything out of them. if my opinion on the product changes i will update my review.

The pills are big, but this is the highest potency level for the price point. This is my first time taking CLA so I still need to monitor the effects. I will need to update my review once I have consistently taken the supplement for a month or so!
