Best purchase ever, pays for itself.
Look here, this damn thing pays for it self in one use. Very easy to use. I order this one b/c i don’t need the other needle sizes. I charged it in less than an hour. Washed my face, use some Hyaluronic acid in small areas at a time and went in. No numbing for me. Just do it. I went over the areas as many times as i want. I finished when i was satisfied not the esthetician. That’s the best part. My face was red and tender, applied my oils and went on about my day. I will use it the first of every month. Easy to remember the 4 wk mark. Best purchase from Amazon. Imma stay cute forever. Lol.

Really works!!
This Dr. Pen Ultima M5 microneedling pen goes deeper than the recommended length of needles for typical out of office microneedle derma rollers (doctors recommend going no longer than .25 at home). It works great, but research a numbing agent if you plan to use more than .25/.5 mm. Also, keep it sterile with alcohol and replace needles often! I would definitely do some homework before using this at longer needle lengths.Updated: I was hesitant to purchase this because of someone who stated this is a waste of money, as the needles just vibrate and don't pulse up and down like the professional derma pens do. After doing some research about this, I came across a very clear way to tell that the needles do pulse up and down. Take a video of the device with the tool on and set it to the "slo-mo" feature, you can clearly see that the needles are going up and down. They just move so fast that it appears to vibrate. This product does what it says. I just used it three times but it is really good.

If you know what your doing it will work well!
Works just like the one in the Med Spa, Wish it came with more 32 and more 12 cartages but if you know how to follow the videos this will save some money compared to the medi spa. Seems to be healing like when I had it done at the medi spa very happy!

Love, love this little pen. Very attractive design, comfortable fit in the hand, and great quality. I’ve used a higher end, way more expensive brand and the Dr. Pen is just as sleek and sturdy. I Love-Love the color as well. It’s just Beautiful.

Amazing!!
I was debating on whether or not to see a professional to have microneedling done but I decided to purchase this product instead and I absolutely love it!! I have only used it once at about .25mm and noticed my skin is tighter, and texture already feels smoother. I do recommend purchasing a numbing cream if you plan on going bigger than .50mm because I thought pain tolerance was high.

Where Have You Been All of My Life
I'm in love. What a fantastic piece of equipment. The first time I used it, I noticed peeling and my skin was glowing. The second time I used it, I noticed a dramatic decrease in my acne scarring. Dr. Pen did in two uses what it took my derma-roller one year to do. I love it and I will use it for the rest of my life.
