Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, 8 fl. oz

One of the best eye makeup removers I have ever used! I’ve been using it for a long time, and I absolutely love it. It works really well for removing eyeliner, mascara, and concealer around my eyes. It’s very effective and leaves the skin around my eyes feeling moisturized. It is a little oily, but that’s something I actually like because it helps keep the delicate eye area hydrated. It also has a delicate, pleasant scent, and it appears to be made with aloe and cucumber. Of course, you have to be careful not to get it directly into your eyes. Another great thing is the affordable price. I always buy it on Amazon because it’s such a good value, especially the 8 oz bottle. I absolutely love this product and will continue buying it. I totally recommend it!

A really great product. Neutrogena oil-free eye make up remover does the job of removing waterproof eyeliner and mascara easily and without getting oily residue in your eyes. It's also prices reasonably.

This is my third time purchasing this eye makeup remover, so that pretty much says it all!! It removes my eye makeup easily without having to scrub and doesn’t irritate my eyes. It works great even on stubborn mascara, and a bottle lasts me a while. There’s no fragrance, and I make sure to rinse/wash my face after removing my eye makeup. I have sensitive skin and haven’t had any reactions to it whatsoever. Definitely a staple for me!

Love this product. Does a great job and isn't oily. Removes all makeup with a little elbow grease. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. No scrubbing or tugging involved. Doesn't dry out my skin. Great makeup remover.

Highly effective and easy to use, you must shake the bottle before using it or it doesn’t come off as easily. I use a cotton ball and q-tip to remove the makeup on and around my eyes then wash off with a small face cloth. It’s very gentle on my skin with no irritation's. It’s a must buy! Well worth the money!
