Pioneer Premium Multipurpose Paper, 99 Bright, 22 lb Bond Weight, 8.5 x 11, Bright White, 500 Sheets/Ream, 10 Reams/Carton

We use this paper even though it's pricier because it's a higher quality and works well for printing brochures and instructional manuals that really hold up. What I can't understand is why every case we get looks as though is was horribly beaten. Sometimes it's so bad that the individual reams are damaged or loose. I don't believe it's shipping at this point either - we've purchased a case every two week for the past couple of years. Every single case has been damaged. Meanwhile, the less expensive paper we purchase for internal use always arrives whole.

The case must have been dropped or in an accident. The box was so damaged that it was covered with tape. Every ream inside was burst open. Fortunately, I had my old paper box and could transfer the reams. Otherwise, I would have just returned the shipment. Hopefully, the paper is still useable. I'll update this review if it isn't.

Product did not ship in original box (like the one pictured.) 10 reams of paper were shipped in a plain cardboard box that was too large. The reams shifted around inside. Nine reams broke open! Approximately two reams were badly bent, so bad as to make printing difficult.

I use a case a week. My customers like a professional looking product. This paper makes our work stand out from our competition that uses plain copy paper. The price is reasonable and the product looks good. It would be five stars, but we are seeing a slight up tick of the paper failing to pick up. According to the logs, one or two more faults per case of paper than the Staples brand for the six cases I have run so far, so not a big deal.

I like the 22 lb paper- way less printer and copier trouble.

I bought a case and the Paper seems fine. Hope it's really 22# for my laser printer. The exterior wrapping on each ream is a little fragile.

Nice white paper, feeds cleanly, makes our color printing look really good. It was a very good price, and if it remains at that price, I'll buy again.
