I multiple nakpro products for around 4 years and they all were good I am not sure about the nutritional value since I was using it as nutritional supplement. Did I gained weight not really coz I work out so I maintained weight but that was my goal to maintain not to gain. Anyways I left all artificial nutrition coz I want to use natural protein and didn't wanted to put any amount of pressure on my liver and kidney I dont have any problem with my kidney or liver neither i got any from using this so that is not the point here I used it with a glass of milk instead of water so that I get the high amount of nutrition that I wanted. Taste is good at least with milk it tastes good, it's easily mixed. I personally didnt had any digestive issues coz I am a regular milk drinker so I didn't notice any difference. You can check the Authenticity of rhe product by using a QR code on the pack so you know what you got.

OK so this is genuine review I am just a beginner, I started going open gym, And bought this mass gainer for nutrition. Flavour of this mass gainer is just fine not much tasty But for sure thus is value for money and I am using this from past 1 months And I am seeing minor results

Do not use Mass gainer if you don't do workout It will help you to convert into belly fat So if you are planning to do even light workout then consume it Take one scoop after workout and one scoop in breakfast. Without workout you may faces issue like digestion ,Acne marks You can do any gainer if you supposed to do gym or workout at home ..

Iam already used nakpro platinum isolate past three month. Now iam decide get some whight gaining thats why i used this nakpro gold mass gainer 7days my detailed review 1.this pack mentioned 10scoop but iam getting 9scoop only 2. Iam taking this for after my workout( post workout drink) 3. Ater drink this protein shake iam suffer from loose motion but stop the protein shake another day mean my stomach normal only 4.6days use this iam getting continue stomach upset iam very much happy previous nakpro products gold and platinum whey protein good result this one not suitable me waste of money plz improve this mass gainer quality
