For me they did nothing

We can’t submit a review without at least one star. If I had my way, it would be -5. Admittedly, I had no idea what I was buying. I was trying to find something without nicotine to facilitate some surgical healing. I was shocked when I received this worthless product. It is like drawing through a 4 inch long filter. Zero benefit. Frustrating. No taste, no vapor, absent of anything positive. I’m begging you, go elsewhere… Fast. Note to Amazon: you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your choice to distribute this product will make think hard before I order anything from Amazon again.

I can't really say anything bad about these because it is simply the fact that I probably don't want to quit bad enough... I am going to hang onto these for when I reach a point of "have to" and I will hope they help at that point. Technically I guess I should already be at the "have to quit" point because of my health...but I'm not there mentally, so these are not helping me. Best of luck to all the "quitters" that are doing better at it than me. These are something to help with the "figgit" part of the habit... There's no flavor or anything like that, it's just something to hold to fill that part of the habit.

Theses really helped, especially when I was driving long hours! Actually felt like a real cigarette!

Good product just wish it was more affordable

I’ve been smoking for over 50 years, and they certainly were not a help. I would not recommend them. Perhaps they might be beneficial to someone who hasn’t smoked half of century. But I won’t give up working on quitting smoking. Try it, even though they didn’t work for me, for the price, try them like I did.

These are designed to aid in the hand to mouth habit of smoking while you are quitting. They are just “filter” material, not a replacement or inhaler. I have found them extremely useful while driving, which used to be my favorite time to smoke. Having something in my hand while driving really gets me past my cravings.

This is essentially just a very long filter wrapped in a cigarette tube. It helps enforce the habit of holding a cigarette, but for me at least, that was the last thing I needed while quitting smoking and all that these things did was frustrate me every time I took a drag, because it feels like a cigarette and looks like a cigarette, but it's not a cigarette. They just made me mad every time i took a drag so I threw them out.

I thought these were Hollow but they're just like a filter wrapped to look like a cigarette doesn't work for me at all
