They help as I use them every day and they move my jaw a tiny bit back into normal position.
I use these to help reset my jaw back to resting normal. I have tmj and don't want those $$$ custom jaw setters from my prosthodontist. My dentist used these plastic gauges on me and they help. They don't fix anything, but they help allow my jaw to go back to a more normal position so my teeth don't clack, if that makes sense. I use them at bedtime mostly, for about 20 minutes a night. If possible, I watch a movie and use them for an hour. They DO help!

Excellent for quality checks
In my business I have to check gaps many time. Our plant has one set of $600 gauges. They hate them. very stiff and not easy to use for small area gaps. I was at the plant using these and everyone is now asking me to let them know where they can get them as well. Are they calibrated? No. Would they be accepted by a large OEM? Depends on the OEM. Are they great for everyday checking and low cost enough to give to every inspector? Yes. I highly recommend these if you are in need of decent quality inspection gauges.

Great set
I needed a metric gauge set that wouldn’t scratch my wife’s expense sewing machines when I di routine maintenance and adjustments. I was a little skeptical that these would be accurate so first thing I did was pull out my digital caliper and measure each one. They were right on size. They’re plastic so they won’t take a lot of abuse but for my application they’re perfect.

Nice, doesn't scratch my work.
Great for checking the clearances on my 3d prints and doesn't scratch them. The ring loop could be improved though, it likes to seperate.

These were fine
Good feeler gages for when you don't want to scrape something up. Rivet holding it all together is a little loose. Kind of cheap construction for 10 bucks.

Have a magnetic 3d printer bed, these are a life saver!
We have a magnetic 3d printer bed. These are a life saver for leveling and ajustmenrs prior to start and they are not metal do they dontnstick to the magnetic bed. Exactly what we needed and we'll worth it.

Big step from 1.5mm to 3mm, not great resolution without getting creative/stacking parts
