It doesn't work
Complete waste of money. I followed the instructions and my hair just feels thinner and weaker, but the curl is still there. The curl didn't even loosen up AT ALL. I did a small patch test and did everything I was supposed to do for it, and it looks the same as the rest of my hair, but weaker. It does feel more silkier though from the neutralizer. I will probably just use the neutralizer from this set to keep my curls silky I guess, but it won't make your hair straight or looser. My hair is 3a-b btw.
