I have been suffering from lower back pain and I have been trying different yoga poses to help relieve it and it has been working. Now I need to step it up and this strap is exactly what I needed to help me do more stretching to keep my back from getting stiff. I'm glad I bought this.

The quality is a lot better than I expected and the price is reasonable. The design of different loops is really smart, use it almost everyday.

Useful tool

Material is plenty stretchy. Color is vibrant. Helps get any kink you have out, and manages to help me reach my stretching goals. Highly recommended!

Works as stated. Strong and sturdy so far.

I really don't like this band, I have been using it for less than a month and its already worn out, it's not elastic enough. Waste of money
