I didn't realize that it was a game when I ordered. To clarify you get the word and a photo of it on two separate pieces. It's a matching game. Which is actually great. You can decide how many to use in the game to make it easier for your child's age and reading level.

Bought both boxes of cards, this is my son's favorite. So simple and he's having a great time! Only had them a week and he pulls them off the shelf and asks if we can do the reading game. Yeah!!

I bought both sets of cards and as I said in my other review, it's fun now. My daughter looks forward to our game time together and is really engaged. My husband and are very excited when we find her in her room going through her books, she's reading! She's reading. Big sigh.

My 3 year old loves playing "The card games".The notes, tips and suggestions provided are a great help.

I entered a contest and won these cards. My son loves playing the game with me, and is starting to understand the words and pictures already. I would definitely recommend this card game to any mommy teaching their baby how to read, or just wanting to spend time and have fun with their baby. Although I received these cards for free, the above is my honest and unbiased review.
