I’ve been using this Cuisinart melting dome for a couple of years now, and it’s still in great shape! It’s perfect for melting cheese on my griddle—I use it for grilled cheese, cheeseburgers, and even omelets. The stainless steel construction is sturdy and well-made, and it does a great job trapping heat for fast, even melting.I usually wash it by hand, but my son has tossed it in the dishwasher multiple times, and it has held up just fine.
