Lotus Home Water and Stain Resistant Microfiber Comforter Mini Set, Twin, Red

I bought this because I have a mean cat who gets mad and me an pees on the bed. I have mattress protection, etc. but needed something that would be a "top layer" of defense. It works very well. The urine pools up on top as it should, however I have a big cat and it's always a lot of liquid, so there is only a minor amount of leakage through the stitching of the squares. It's definitely better than nothing at all by a long shot. I think that smaller amounts of liquid wouldn't penetrate at all. I only give it 4 stars because there is that vulnerability at the sew points. I like it well enough that I have two of them. Oh, and washing them in a commercial washer produces great results. It looks new coming out of the laundry.

First of all, the color was exactly as pictured! The weight is very light and fluffy and I couldn't be more pleased. I can't stand having anything heavy, like a quilt, when I sleep and this is perfect. I am 72 and have arthritis so I don't want to struggle during the night when I turn over and over. It is great for the summer with air-conditioning but will probably work just fine for me this winter with heating. If you live in a really cold climate you might have to add another one. It does come shipped with some wrinkling but a quick pass with a steam iron takes them right out.I ordered this in a full size 2 years ago. It is still wonderful, light and fluffy and my favorite. I just ordered one in a twin size for my sister and it looks exactly like mine today. Great comforter, and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I bought one of these for my mom who is in a nursing home, and she absolutely loves it. The red is just as shown in picture, and it gets washed at least once a week (and they aren't exactly gentle with it) and it is still soft and comfortable and still the original red after almost 9 months, Has not faded or worn to any degree, and amazingly there are no stains. I'm ordering another one so she has one when the other one is being washed.Not sure what happened with the ones in the other reviews, but the one we got has been amazing. Hopefully the second one is just as good.

I bought this because it is water resistant obviously and that part is great. My only complaint about this comforter is that it is really hard to get pet hair off, even with a lint roller. This thing is like a magnet.

The comforter came from the packaging extremely wrinkled but I thought putting it through the wash and then the dryer with the anti-wrinkle cycle would dramatically improve it. It did not. When I washed the pillowcases (according to package directions) they became SO LUMPY. The filling inside knotted up and I cannot get them to lay flat again. I did not notice this problem in any other reviews prior to purchasing this for myself so I'm unsure if this is an isolated problem I'm having. In addition, the comforter took on a glass of tea and although the tea did not soak through, it did leave a significant stain despite being cleaned up immediately. I am sad I wasted my money and believed the good reviews on this one.

Not too heavy & not too light, I find this comforter just right. 😊I did notice after the first wash, some of the squares got clumped, but I've found that happens with most comforters.

I do not believe the "king" is true to size. The fabric is soft and cool, but this is not a king sized comforter. This comforter seems to be the same size as the full/queen, but the square inseams are smaller. Illusionary difference?My comforter hangs 2-3 inches off the left/right sides placed vertical. Horizontal, I have 4-6 inches on the sides. It's not bad. I just wish it were larger.

Gorgeous colour a d definitely water resistant, however some of the sewing and stitches are messy. I had to clean up some edges and cut some loose thread before using the comforter.
