Complete and Easy
This is a terrific screen that is bright and has good viewing angles. Touch works great too. Seems to be every bit as good as the original and compares very well to the original on my Wife's iPhone 7.Absolutely everything you need is included, tools, and a good fitting adhesive strip. Tools are nice quality and I will be keeping them for other use.3 tips - use the iFixit guide for repair. It is the best on the net. Secondly, with a phone of this age I would absolutely be sure to replace the battery at the same time. I have another review for the nice battery I bought from Amazon. Lastly, it can be hard to get a cracked screen off with the included suction cup. My was really shattered so I used a strip of Gorilla tape and the cup pulled it right up (after heating for about a minute with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive). This is a tremendous value that is worth the effort! The end result is a like new phone for little money - if you are patient and careful. Highly recommend.

Should have ordered it sooner!
I broke my phone screen almost a year ago. For ten months, the pixels have been slowly dying from the right side of the screen to the left. I've been pretty clever about navigating and typing blind, but then two days ago the whole screen went out. I hate buying new phones. I think they are so over-priced, and learning a new phone is just a pain. So I went on Amazon and ordered this replacement kit. The only thing it's missing that you'll need is a pair of tweezers. I found a video on how to replace an iphone 7 screen, and followed along while I used this kit. In half an hour, I was done and my phone looks brand new! I'm not a technical person AT ALL. And I was able to do this. The screws are SUPER tiny, so make sure you put them on a piece of felt in the order or shape that you took them out of the phone so that you can put them back in correctly. And make sure there are no pets or kids around that might jostle you and your setup (no powerful fans blowing on you, etc) It was really hard to get the components to clip back together, so if you have clumsy hands you may want the help of someone else. Say, someone who does a lot of soldering or builds model ships in their spare time. The main thing is to not get flustered. If you drop the same screw twelve times in a row, just pick it up and try again. It's worth having a new screen.

Works very well, all needed tools included!
Ordered the wrong color first, returned easily for refund, ordered correct one and it arrived the next day.The company sent an email with a link to a video on replacing the screen on my daughters phone, but I didn't notice, and being male, did not check youtube, just jumped in. Took over two hours but with a lot of time wasted and missed some screws (like the tiny ones at the lightning cable input port). There were 3 different types of tiny screws all together and even my well stocked shop did not have one of the screw drivers needed, a tiny tri-wing. Fortunately, the screen came with every tool I needed for the screen change! Yay!Please look at the video cuz I had real problems putting the adhesive gasket on the phone; better find out how it was supposed to be done!Once I was done everything worked well. The touch button did not click anymore, but it doesn't actually move, what you feel is haptic feedback (a tiny motor causes an apparent 'click') and the phone needs to be, I don't know, reset to get it to work again (according to a web search). My daughter won't let me reset the phone so I cannot guarantee this information. She complains that the screen looks 'different' but cannot explain how and has been militating for a new phone for a long time, so true? Maybe. Looked great to me.So, bottom line: Good screen, works well, tricky getting the old screen off, probably easy if you look at the video first. Would recommend!

SCREEN BRIGHTNESS IT ONLY 70% OF ORIGINAL & YELLOW SPOT AT BOTTOM OF SCREEN.
Hello Amazon Consumers.I'm giving this a 1 STAR..... My overall Rating is "D".Beware of this screen by QTier. I purchased it for my iPhone 7 replacement and completed the installation today in about 2 hours. I have intermediate repair experience with cell phones but advanced with computers. The installation went smooth with assistance from online video tutorials and story boarding each step on separate sheets of paper in my work area. This keeps everything organized; screw placement, etc.The replacement kit comes with everything in the pictures, but I was hesitant to purchase because there we no specifications listed. The Apple iPhone 7 LCD screen comes with a very bright 1334 x pixels (326 ppi) screen, however, this QTier is about 70% bright as the original; completely DISAPPOINTING. In addition, at about 6 O'Clock at the bottom of the screen, there is a very faint yellow circle. While I can understand "you get what you pay for", the screen should not be this dim and described as a replacement for the iPhone 7.I know I could return it, but it's not worth the trouble to take apart my phone again as I need to use for work tomorrow. I may try to purchase an OEM replacement from Apple, but not sure if that part is available. What did I expect for $25.99, a replacement part that actually replaces the original with good quality. Having the brightness at 70% is too dim during the day and frustrating. If QTier actually responds to my Review, I'd like them to provide the actual Screen Resolution, Contrast Ratio and the ACTUAL cd/m2 brightness numbers. Again, Apple uses a 1334-by-750 pixel resolution at 326 ppi with 1400:1 Contrast Ratio. More important, they use 625 cd/m2 max brightness. So if you you're replacing your iPhone 7 screen and with this QTier, keep in mind the resolution and BRIGHTNESS does not compare to the original in any way; it doesn't come close.Does it work? Yes. Does the Digitizer touch screen work, Yes. But the BRIGHTNESS terrible and it will cause eye strain because of the poor performance of the screen. The original resolution is 1334-by-750-pixel resolution at 326 ppi, but this screen in no way compare to this replacement. Lastly again, I'm not sure why I have a YELLOW oblong circle at the bottom of the screen. It probably would have been better to take it too a repair shop then ask the right questions as to the Screen Brightness, Resolution, Brightness Scale then spending $25.99 and two hours of my time with a sub par screen.Buyer Beware........
