This is a great mineral supplement, but you must heed the warning on the label to take with food. Doing otherwise may cause stomach upset. Take with a full meal, not just a snack, and with plenty of water. Twice this supplement has made me throw up, but it has been times when taken with a light meal or not enough water. However, when taken as directed, it does make me feel better, so I will continue to purchase.

There isn’t a mineral supplement that offers a perfect combination and form as this product and without any junk and fillers. Reputed company as well. Note: Minerals when taken on empty stomach WILL upset or cause cramps or pain. If it doesn’t do that, either you have a stomach of steel or it’s not a good mineral quality. So please take with a light meal.

I have had a challenged health issue through the years that would deplete and strain the body of nutrients. A constant battle in getting the right amount of certain supplements. So I wouldn't become defiant and need shots from my doc to fill in the caps until recovery. With a lot of research and experience things have become more steady , but I needed a little extra boost. So with comparing other name brand products with Klaire Lab's trace minerals ,this seemed be my first choice. Because of the dosages were good not to high nor too low. The price was good too compared to others that had questionable dosages and fillers that I didn't want. Guess what ? It was a GOOD CHOICE !! First time taking it ,within a couple hours my body felt happy ,content, surge of energy. Not like a coffee rush, but felt a pep in my step. It lasted throughout the whole day. Now, I only take these minerals on heavy active days or every other day. Because, that seems to work for me and I am not over taking the trace minerals.

This made me nauseous the 1st 2 days a couple hours after I took it with my lunch. The 3rd day I threw up my entire lunch. It's been many years since that's happened to me, and I still feel sick to my stomach 3 hours later. This is the only change in my suppement regimen or my diet, so I'm as sure as I can be that this is the culprit. Unfortunately it isn't returnable, so I not only ruined my day, I also wasted my money.

Little pricy

I have advanced osteoporosis on one side and osteopenia on the other. I was have a lot of pain in my right hip, shoulder, thigh and ankle. I started calcium aspartate, multi-minerals, strontium, large doses of D3, K2 and THESE TRACE MINERALS … a very important part of the system. After about 3 months, my pain is down perhaps 80% and I am sleeping much better. I will continue and look forward to my next bone density tests showing improvement.
