Easy to install, never had leaks, never had malfunction. It is clear that the cartridge is designed to use the entire contents before replacement is required: no wasted residual ink left in the cartridge.

This is a quality product that comes well packaged and is easy to install. It is expensive but i don’t want to replace my printer.

I always order the HP brand. No failures and the printing is crisp and readable. A little more expensive but worth it.

You get what you pay for, and I get a lot from these OEM toner cartridges. I'm a moderate volume, appearance focused user and these products meet my needs. When I included the cost of output I didn't care to use, and the time spent in rework, when a brand X cartridge was in the printer, the OEMs cost me about the same.

Love this toner and the chance to recycle the old one.

I've used genuine HP LaserJet toner cartridges for years and generally have excellent results. Print quality is usually outstanding, reliability is great, and I prefer using OEM HP supplies over third-party alternatives. Unfortunately, the cartridge I received (delivered July 31, 2026) appears to have arrived with a damaged drum/roller. After troubleshooting the printer, I found a defect on the cartridge that caused repeating image streaks and ghosting down the left side of every printed page. The print sample and photos clearly show the issue. The defect is visible on the drum surface and corresponds to the repeating marks on the page. Because of this experience, my advice is to install and test the cartridge as soon as it arrives, even if you are buying it as a spare. Detecting a defect early makes warranty or return support much easier. I'm still giving 4 stars because I trust HP products overall and believe this was an isolated quality-control or shipping issue rather than a problem with the toner line itself. However, due to the hassle, I'll be ordering my replacement directly from HP's website. Pros: Genuine HP print quality Reliable OEM toner Easy installation Cons: Defective drum/roller on arrival Repeating streaks/ghosting on prints Important to test promptly for warranty coverage Overall, I still recommend HP toner, but don't let a new cartridge sit on the shelf for months before testing it.

My printer is back online...There is cheaper versions of this cartridge, but as the adage says. "Ya get what you pay for"..

Works very well. Good quality, though expensive. Will see how long it would last. Earlier a ordered a cheaper non HP on Amazon. It did not even fit.

I have tried to use non HP cartridges for my HP MFP M277dw colour laser printer. I seldom use colour, but it is nice to have if you need it, so I have only replaced the black toner. I tried a LCL CF400X/CF400A replacement cartridge that worked well for a while, but then started having lines. I replaced it with a second LCL and after 10% use it became very splotchy with lines and black spots, which was not satisfactory. This was a much quicker deterioration of print quality that after the first one. I wondered if I had to get the printer cleaned, but took a chance on ordering a genuine HP cartridge. This seemed to take care of the problem, and I wonder if HP has set it up so that you can't use aftermarket cartridges (at 20% of the price!) Not happy with the price, but much better quality.
