A: I can say from experience that this cover does not stay warmer than the standard steering wheel during Minnesota winters. I'm not certain where the person who replied yes lives, but it's probably not anywhere where it actually gets cold outside.

It seems the 'general' size for steering wheel covers in the UK is around 37 - 39cm. Which is too big for my Gen 3 Suzuki Jimny. This good quality SEG cover is smaller and affords a snug secure fit.
