I have trusted Life Extension products for years and I consider Ginkgo a necessary supplement for brain health. I had a doctor years ago who advised that if you want to know if a supplement is working, stop taking it and see how you feel. I feel less mentally awake when I take a Ginkgo break - so I continue!

potent. I was taking 2 caps a day for some time and noticed I started bleeding more, now I just take 1 cap. It's effective and if you log your behavior you will notice changes over time while using this supplement over time. I take a lot of blood thinners already so 2 pills (240mg) is a lot of gingko IMO. 120mg is more than enough for most people, do your own research high quality good cost

Not sure about the product but hate the packaging
I have taken it for a few months and haven't seen the difference yet. But one major packaging flaw is the fliptop cap. It doesn't close tightly and it tends to be loose and let the air in. I will not buy products with the fliptop caps.
