Does it help the pimples for the head???

Yes! I used it twice and my scalp cleared up. I’ve been using H&S and it worked okay for a while but then the acne came back. I use every other time I wash my hair and that seems enough. It a little pricey but it’s worth it to not have the painful scalp acne. What are you waiting for? Order it!

Should I use this product constantly or only during a "pimple breakout" ?

On bottles reads Directions Rinse hair, apply a quarter-sized amount throughout the scalp. Allow to absorb the therapeutic benefits for three minutes, followed by a rinse and repeat if needed. I love the product and use when needed! Best ask your doctor!
